Just this week I purchased my new vehicle from Enkae Prestige, through a part ex.
Being a veteran main dealer customer for the last 10 years I was apprehensive initially, but I kept seeing their presence online, along with the calibre of cars being sold. One video caught my attention and from the first phone call to the collection, the service has been nothing short of polite, smooth and efficient. No pushy sales tactics, no hidden agendas, just a nice welcoming atmosphere, with a family type appeal to the way they conducted themselves. Umarah who I dealt with, was bubbly, transparent and great banter, Prasan was a pleasure and super helpful. On collection day the director coincidentally bumped into me and took the time out to chat to me and actually show an interest in me. Overall, I am super satisfied, in comparison to the main dealers there was room to negotiate, I was offered the best interest rates they could get, reasonable part ex, and I felt the honesty was there, removing all doubts. I have driven my new car for a few days now and its grown on me daily and I enjoy it very much. The owner takes part in a lot of charity work, which was evident to see in the showroom, and that was what sold it me, a person's character says alot about them. Thank you to everyone who was involved in my transaction for a splendid customer journey. I highly recommend your next purchase through Enkae, or even just a browse, reasonably priced across the market and you wont be disappointed with the quality.
