I had an excellent experience working with Tabish during my recent car purchase. My mum bought a car from them with some issues, she wanted them sorted before she took the car but they were really pushy and insisted she take the car that day and would book it in the following week for repairs.
It took ages to get the car booked in for repairs (one of which was a nail in the tyre so stopped us from taking a long trip we had planned in that timeframe!!), but when it was finally booked in, they had no courtesy cars available which meant she was without a car, had to get a train back home and then a train the following day to collect it. All of which could have been avoided if they just had the issues sorted before she took the car and would have still had access to her previous car.
When the repairs were done, they didn't do everything she noted and will ultimately have to go back another time and go through this all again.

Very helpful when choosing the right car for me. However, after I had bought the car there was a lack of communication between the staff, myself and the sites. On the day I went to collect my car, I was previously advised that I could pick it up and be on my way. This wasn’t the case, I was there for over an hour waiting with no real explanation or update on how long I’d be there. When I asked how long it’d be I was just told 10 minutes each time. The sales advisor Kamran was incredibly helpful and did his upmost to ensure a smooth transaction. It was not his fault that the other staff were, incapable of dealing with a reasonable request to have my car ready.

sales process only as not yet collected car.we were viewing another car for my daughter at another dealer nearby which turned out to be rubbish daughter went on line found suitible car with in our budget.left details instantly daniil called us back to arrange viewing we were approx 45 minutes away .on arriival he informed us that the car was in storage but was on way would be about 15 minutes no problem we browsed other vehicles while waiting .sure enough car arrived promptly quick look round all good daughter drove on test drive all seemed ok agreed to buy sadly would not negotiate on price .now the sales pitch fo the add ons warranty claimed to bumper to bumper for £1999 even said can use main dealers seemed great untill he said it only paid £65 hour labour rate i live in london just retired from working in motor trade main dealer labour rate was £180 hour find me a decent garage in london for £65 hr paint process another add on i am buying a 10 year old car why would i want that ok maybe a case for the scratch and wheel cover so i declined all manager did offer the warranty for 1 year for £799 overall purchase process was ok took a few times of saying no before they got the message daniil was very professional and polite due to collect car during the week will be getting the train there as i am 60 miles away they did say can pick me up from station .as i said review for buying process only fingers crossed car turns out to be ok

Communication has been extremely poor — calls are not being returned and I have been passed between multiple staff members with no resolution. I have formally requested a refund, but this has been refused despite the circumstances.

Malik picked it up, saw it through, showing great commitment, he realised that the shelf needed replacing, not just the hooks, ordered it and called me to tell me when it will be delivered and followed through as promised. Malik was also engaging and attentive.

About 8 months ago, I had a really good experience at Car Planet. Staff members like Atish and Ali supported us really well with proper suggestions and guidance. Their approach made the whole experience smooth and satisfying, and because of that, we visited again with the same expectation.
Yesterday evening I went there with a friend who was seriously planning to buy a car.
However, this time the experience felt quite different.
One thing I felt was that maybe from our appearance or the way we approached, it might not have been clear to the staff that we were genuine buyers. But in reality, we had gone there with the intention of purchasing a car.
Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the kind of support or suggestions that we had experienced earlier. Previously, staff like Atish and Ali had guided us well and helped us understand our options. This time, there was no such involvement — we were simply asked to scan and check details ourselves.
If there had been even a small level of proper interaction or suggestions from the team, we p have gone ahead and purchased a car yesterday itself.
It feels like the level of customer engagement has reduced compared to before. The personal touch and guidance that once made the experience great were missing this time.
Overall:
Great experience in the past, but this time it felt average due to lack of customer support and engagement.
I hope they improve their customer interaction and bring back the quality service t

The sales office was like a call centre. We did a test drive and didn't like the car the sales manager then came over and asked us what was wrong then started to try and sell us a different. Very pressurised sales tatics!!! Won't be returning

Their interest in you finishes as you drive your car away.
After agreeing to take the car and accepting the low offer for the trade in, they start the promise of worry free motoring with the extras such as "The best warranty available" ( it isn't). I had an issue with the car so I booked it in a main dealer. Checked the warrenty which advised they don't pay main dealer costs. I tried then to book it in with Car Planet, after 45 minutes of music and coming off hold just to be put back on hold a couple of times I gave up. I booked my car in for diagnostics at a warranty approved garage where I was told the warranty company cover the minimum and any work always cost the customer lots. Moving on my car was in need of a service, luckily I'd purchased a service package for £500. I phoned the garage to sit only to sit on hold until I gave up. On March 31st I emailed requesting a service, no reply. I did phone and get through to a human who took my details and transferred me to the garage this time the auto operator was upfront about the wait time of something over 50 minutes, which didn't change in 10 minutes. On April 7 I tried to be clever and email service but that didn't work either. On the April 9th I emailed again.
They phoned me today April 17th. I explained I had to go elsewhere and what do I do about getting my £500 back. You guessed it I was put on hold.
