1ST Airport Taxis Luton Recenzje

My driver was Rasheed Abbas 30.
I was late for the taxi but he waited and helped me find my way with Luton's new taxi car park. Great guy too.

I am a regular customer as it is a reliable service which is good value for money. Thanks Bilal for a great service on this occasion.

We drove twice with the same driver to and from the airport, and I can say that he was very kind, he helped us with our bags. He already installed the seat for both the baby and the toddler, which is very useful information for people with children. He drove carefully and there were no problems. The rides were very pleasant. I would strongly recommend this gentleman (his number ID 313) to anyone with small children and we will definitely continue to use this service.

A very professional driver. We had one of my children vomit in his car from motion sickness and he helped us in every facet.

Driver 313 the best!

Rasheed was an excellent driver - good communication and lovely journey!

No complaints at all.. Great service

Excellent service with engaging friendly drivers. On the way back from the airport we hit a lot of traffic and the driver was excellent, making what could have been a quite frustrating trip actually enjoyable.

I made a last minute booking from Portsmouth to Heathrow. Driver 313 came to the rescue, great communication and updated throughout. Clean car ax well was much appreciated.

I used 1st Airport taxis to travel to Heathrow airport and my driver was 313. He was punctual, polite and drove safely throughout the journey.

Very smooth drive and good service - driver 313

Great service! Always prefer them when traveling. They also offer a “meet and greet” service at the airport which I always book for my mom.

Our driver ID 313 was great today, bringing my family to the airport. (Had him 3 times already and great with an infant).

Thank you
Tom

Driver 313 was so great on my latest booking, travelling with my small baby putting on nursery rhymes to soothe him when he got upset- was such a nice touch. Punctual, helpful and smooth drive as well. Will definitely book again, thanks so much

Arrived on time, helped with the bags, had the car seat and smooth drive to the airport. Good all round. Thank you driver 313.

I was meeted and greeted at Heathrow Airport. My flight was delayed, but the driver contacted me to let him know when I had landed. I did and it all went very smoothly from there. Good communication, extremely helpful, smooth ride home after a 16 hour flight, and an interesting conversation on the journey. Would heartily recommend.

Bilal was early and very accommodating. He took care of his vehicle and it was extremely clean. He also was very social and open to having conversations. I enjoyed the car ride and learned a lot about him. If this company has more employees like him then I would use them every time I needed a ride

I always use this company -and have done so for at least two years- because the drivers are kind, helpful, and reliable. They also always have a car seat for my daughter and as she has grown over the years, they have accommodated us and provided a bigger seat as per my requests. We’ve had several drivers and all are pleasant to speak with. Our most recent driver ID 313 was so kind to us after a long transatlantic flight and a long delay getting off the plane and waiting for our bags. The price is higher than some competitors, but the service is wonderful and I’ll continue to use it.

Muzaffa (ID 313) was an excellent driver. We had a young baby with us after a long flight. Not only was he prompt but helped us with our bags and was very friendly to chat to during our trip.

Baby slept the whole way so driving was smooth and safe.

If you are looking for a taxi with a child seat look no further.

Thanks Jason (Sydney)

Driver Bilal ID 016 is very punctual, he has been very patient in waiting and communicating with us during the airport pick up, as our flight has been delayed for long. Thanks for driving us safe home! Highly recommended.

Great service on time and all smooth and easy. Bilal (ID016) was very helpful polite and a great driver.
