Pretty average. They can't guarantee you'll get what your ordered. However they will guarantee they will overcharge you drastically, like 500% and they are very unlikely to refund you any where near the rltrue difference for what they deliver compared to what you book. Also the tone and language used during email discourse, made it seem like they were blaming me for their error. Would not recommend. However, I believe, they may be the only company doing this kind of thing

Beware! Scam Alert!

Do not make any booking with these fraudsters. There customer support is horrible and they support unfair practices. We reserved two seats for a journey from airport to city in Hanoi. The operator made us sit in 1 seat in congestion.

The customer service team responded with saying try to adapt. These people are fraudsters and scammers. Hopefully some legitimate agency gets hold of them and make them pay for their actions.

Sneaky website. They make it so difficult to find the information you need (eg: contact support, the fees chargerd) and present data in a very confusing way to over-charge you.

Always something wrong. Randomly putting the prices way highter than it was. Not organized. I would recommend using anything but this site

I bought 5 ticket an gave the name and ages. Got charged full price even though one was and infant and should be free. Wrote to support but the didn’t wanna give money back after getting picture of passport and everything. The trip itself was okay. That’s all

They gave us the wrong coordinates to the bus, so wee had to buy another ticket.

A complete rip off, overpriced tickets, a non-existent customer support & not revealing all the info at the booking therefore surely you will end up with an unpleasant surprise once you paid. My favourite joke is the extra customer support, which is just another trick without any service behind it.

My partner booked 2 tickets on an overnight VIP bus from Bangkok to Chang Mai for 4th January 2024 at 21:19 and paid in full €59.85 on 21st December 2023
Only to receive an email on 22nd December to say that the bus we selected was full and gave me alternative times or said we could cancel with a full refund. (Support Case 1780554)
He replied immediately (22nd December) to say we would take up the option of an alternative time on the same day.
Todate we have contacted 12goAsia ten times through their website without any reply from them

We still do not know if they are arranging new tickets for us or if they are sending a refund and we are to find alternative transportation

We are very upset and disappointed by their lack of any communication.
Using this review as a last resort to try to get a reply from 12goAsia.

Ich habe im letzten Jahr erstmals über 12goasia gebucht. Es ging um eine Taxifahrt von Bangkok nach Ko Chang. Die Buchung sowie die Organisation funktionierten reibungslos. Auch die Fahrt verlief nach Plan. Trotzdem hätte ich fast eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben, wäre da nicht der tolle Service von 12goasia. Mein damaliger Taxifahrer hat mich nämlich abgezockt und für die Fähre nach Ko Chang einen um ein vielfaches höheren Preis von mir verlangt. Übermüdet und ohne groß darüber nachzudenken habe ich ihm damals das Geld gegeben. Als mir der Schwindel aufgefallen ist, habe ich mich per E-Mail bei 12goasia beschwert und innerhalb von nur zwei Wochen ohne Aufforderung den Differenzbetrag erstattet bekommen. Da muss ich wirklich ein großes Lob aussprechen. Ich denke, wenige Unternehmen würden so reagieren.

Utilicé este servicio para cuatro transportes / transfers distintos en Asia, concretamente en Vietnam. 12Go funciona bien, es intuitivo, etc. Eso sí, 12Go es un intermediario, al final depende de la empresa que contrates en el transfer. De los cuatro proveedores, tres fueron excelentes y uno fue horrible (bus nocturno de TBus - Techbus, lo peor).

He de decir que había leído que 12Go no tenía buen servicio de atención al cliente (customer service), que no respondían... pero no es mi caso. Tiene pinta de que se han puesto las pilas. Les escribí, varias veces por mail, y la respuesta fue inmediata (literalmente). En ese aspecto estoy contento. Luego las soluciones tuve que estar intercambiando un par de mails más de los necesarios, pero respondieron a mi queja.

El único problema que veo, insisto, es con los proveedores con los que trabajan, si alguno es peor que otro (aún así yo 3 de 4 fueron buenos). Para esto ayudaría el sistema de reseñas. Lo tienen activado, pero yo al menos tuve que escribirles para poder publicar la mía, no está abierta la posibilidad de valorar a los operadores con los que trabajan. Deberían mejorar eso. De todas formas, en resumen, estoy contento con el servicio.

I had a terrible experience with 12go-Asia. Despite booking well in advance (in February!!!) for a trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai on July 27th, they failed to honor our reservation, causing immense inconvenience and frustration.

The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by 12go-Asia is unacceptable. Our booking was not processed correctly, resulting in a complete disruption of our travel plans. Their lack of accountability and poor communication only added to the problem.

I strongly advise caution when considering 12go-Asia for travel services. Their failure to deliver on promises and the lack of accountability highlight significant issues within their organization. It is crucial to be aware of their subpar service.

Wij hebben meerdere transporten van boten, taxi's en bussen geboekt in Thailand. We hebben bij twee een verkeerde datum opgegeven. Via de bijgevoegde link in de e-mail was dit snel hersteld. De webpagina stelt al een voorgemaakt antwoord samen. Alleen de gewenste wijzigingsdatum behoeft doorgegeven te worden. Een keer binnen was de gewenste datum binnen 2 minuten omgezet! In alle correspondentie werd perfect Engels gesproken door de betreffende Thailander.

Worst scammers… as I saw in other reviews, they have wrong dates in the checkout and after booking there are other dates n the tickets you went for. For sure you cannot cancel or change it with getting your money back.

During the trip from Cat Ba to Ha Giang company Grouptour has ruined my new Osprey bag y dropping it in dirt and leaving a cigarette burn in it. They were also 3 hours late. Avoid this company. I hope 12goasia does something about it. Booking reference #EC6385351.

Booking ferry tickets in Thailand and everything was fine. No problem with 12go.asia.

I already booked CEBU to ORMOC via oceanjet yesterday.. Still did not receive ticket

Des menteurs et des voleurs.mon billet d'avion Lion Air annulé par cette même compagnie et acheté et payé à 12 go Asia devait être remboursé dixit 12 go asia.Or non seulement Lion Air et 12 go n'ont RIEN fait mais ils ne répondent même pas aux email et réclamations.Pourtant d'après les lois et le IATA ils doivent rembourser.
Donc pour moi ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs.
Je vais me charger de leurs faire une bonne publicité et vais porter plainte.

Book for next year, now they have canceled, and offered me credit, WTH!. I will not use these ever again!

If i have paied for something and you cancel it then im entitled for a full refund not credit. Also they are only refunding 50% of my money.... how can this be correct, i paid for the trip i paid all the extra insurance, and yet still they tell me 60 days to get half my money back. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SCAM.
