DANGEROUS SCAM – STAY AWAY

I visited visafi.com to apply for the UK ETA. The website advertised a cost of £80. Instead, they charged me €563 without me realizing it. Immediately after the payment, the page froze and the application was NEVER completed. I received no service, no confirmation, no result.

The official UK ETA application is only available through the "UK ETA" app (Home Office) or gov.uk, and costs just £10-£16 (approximately €12-€19). visafi.com is a private, deceptive business that preys on unsuspecting travellers.

The BBB (Better Business Bureau) has already flagged it as a scam. My bank confirmed this is a fraudulent charge and I have started a chargeback process.

NEVER give your card details here. The only official way is through GOV.UK.

Luckily I had literally a few euros too little in the specific card I used, it showed me instantly the egregious amount they tried to charge. Smart scammers that show up as first result when googling. Bullet dodged.

This was total shit. I started to apply for a visa (just entering few info basically) and i never got to the end of it because the website was blocking at some point. Still, they charged me 135euros (154usd). Now they send me daily reminder to finish the application but they dont reply to my request for reimbursement.. this is outrageous and totally abusive.

​I am absolutely throwing a fit over how this outfit handled my UK ETA application. Their website clearly stated the ETA fee was £20. I went with the 4-hour rush service for an extra £10, expecting to pay £30 total. But as soon as they got my card info, these folks went ahead and swiped $171 USD from my account without a word of warning! No mention of extra service fees anywhere on their page.
​To make matters worse, I spent over two hours on the horn trying to get ahold of customer service, and nobody answered. Sent them emails too, and got nothing but crickets. On top of that, I never even got my visa!
​This ain't nothing but a lowdown scam. I’ve already hollered at my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. Take my advice and don't spend a single dime with Visafi. They will rip you off cleaner than a whistle!

The moment I entered my card details, an insane amount of money was charged before I had even completed the application process or authorized any payment! This immediately raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of this service.
The website is designed to closely resemble an official government website, making it easy for people to believe they are dealing with a legitimate agency.

After the payment was taken, I was unable to reach anyone. The phone number appears non-functional, emails go unanswered, and there is no customer support.
I was also required to provide sensitive personal information, and the complete lack of communication afterwards left me extremely concerned about how that information is being handled.

If you fall victim to this apparent SCAM, lock or cancel your cards immediately and contact your bank ASAP. I would also recommend monitoring your accounts closely for any unauthorized transactions and taking steps to protect your personal information.

This is a very untrustful organisation. We applied for two ETA forms for Schotland. The fee on the site was 40 euros they charged our credit card 240 euros. It’s a scam NOT recommended

UK ETA again Took AUD$200 before collecting the details required to process it. Google puts it second in search results. they get paid by the scammer for that

In my opinion, the website is misleading in both its presentation and pricing practices. The design gave the impression that it was an official government portal, while significant additional charges were not made sufficiently clear during the application process.

I arrived at this website while attempting to access the official UK Government eTA application site and genuinely believed I was using the correct government service. During the application process, the system shut down before I was even able to complete or properly submit all of the required information.

I immediately checked my online credit card transactions and noticed an excessive charge from VISABUILDER MIAMI FL. I promptly attempted to contact the company by both email and telephone requesting cancellation of the application and a full refund. To date, I have not received any response. As a result, I contacted my credit card provider and initiated a formal dispute regarding the charge.

I subsequently applied directly through the official UK Government website and was correctly charged 20 British Pounds (approximately $38.46 CAD). My approved UK eTA was received by email within approximately 30 minutes.

I strongly encourage travellers to carefully verify that they are using the official UK Government website when applying for a UK eTA in order to avoid misleading third-party services and excessive charges.

Scam website. Pity Google put a scam website first when searching for UK visa. Do NOT use this site for any visas.

Visafi a very very very very bad company in the world. They took my money. Never have any services. You can not trust this bad company. To all the people in the world don't kontakt this company at all because the took my money and never giving me any visas at all in April months. Take care.

They stole all my personal information, emptied my bank account and made me miss my flight due to not giving me the ETA.

I do not recommend.

This is a swam. The website asks for your bank card details without clearl displaying the real amount to be charged. I strongly advise people not to use this site. Very concerning to see this website ranked first on google.

Scammed as well, the 20pounds for a ETA turned out to be 178 euros. The worse part is that they have my data, copy of my passport, even the name of my parents. I'm reporting them to the police.

Voor een UK ETA regel je dit het beste rechtstreeks via de officiële website van UK.GOV — snel, simpel, en tegen de officiële prijs.

wegblijven! Zelfde als de anderen: aanvraag van 60 pond, rekening van 60 pond, en helemaal op het einde in het verificatieproces lijken ze ineens 432 dollar aan te proberen rekenen. Ik zag het op tijd en heb de transactie afgebroken; Atos had m'n kaart zelf ook al automatisch geblokkeerd wegens verdachte transactie.
