Am besten 0 Sterne. Die Erfahrung die ich mit der Seite hatte war nichts weiter als langweilig und komplett uninteressant. Es gibt viele Webseiten die es 100 mal besser machen können und sogar gratis sind.
Plus ist der Versuch ein Abo zu kündigen einfach nur die Hölle. Es gibt kein vernünftigen Kündigungsknopf und man muss den support kontaktieren um einen Link zur Kündigung zu bekommen. Dann MUSS man eine Umfrage ausfüllen die eigentlich freiwillig sein sollte. Plus wenn man nicht richtig Kündigt dann bleibt das Abo bestehen und man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück.
Schlechtester Service überhaupt.

Prélèvement ABUSIF malgré annulation abonnement !
J'ai annulé le 10/04/2026 un abonnement automatique devant être renouvelé le 14/04/2026. Sur mon compte il était indiqué que l'annulation avait été prise en compte. Au jourd'hui je constate un nouveau prélèvement sur mon compte et l'historique de mon compte modifié.
Je vais donc faire un signalement à la répression des fraudes, impossible de contacter le service client depuis mon compte, lien inactif !
Je vais déconseiller à mon entourage ce site pour ses méthodes abusives et illégales !!!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! We completely understand how it might be a bit surprising to see an extra charge for a spin-off when you already have the Ultra membership.
To clear things up a bit, your Ultra plan gives you full, uninterrupted access to our vast core library of premium and uncensored webtoons. However, special collections like Manga and exclusive Spin-off stories are separate additions to the main storylines. Because these are special, extra releases, they are not included in any of our subscription tiers and require a separate purchase to unlock.
We truly appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy the main story alongside the rest of our premium library!

Very hard to cancel service i canceled in October 2025 and have been charged 36.99 twice since then. Beware they don't cancel service!!!

We are so sorry for the frustration and stress caused by these unexpected charges. We completely understand how upsetting it is to see deductions when you believed your account was already canceled.
Just to provide a bit of clarity on how our cancellation process works, whenever a cancellation is initiated, our system automatically sends an email containing a secure link to finalize the steps. If a subscription remains active and charges continue, it usually indicates that the final confirmation through that link wasn't fully completed prior to the scheduled renewal dates.
We definitely want to make sure your account is handled correctly and that this is completely sorted out for you.
