20 pound check turned into 138eu, scam website

Scammed me! Booked 6x the amount and didn't get the visa.

Pure oplichting. Dezelfde ervaring als Gerben en anderen. Wel een aanvraag begonnen, niet afgerond en geen akkoord gegeven op een betaling en toch een afschrijving van mijn creditcard van €112. Uiteraard direct terug geclaimd, maar daar komt geen reactie op. Wel meerdere verzoeken ontvangen om mijn afgebroken aanvraag af te ronden wat m.i. een bevestiging is dat ik geen aanvraag heb ingediend. Op mijn verzoeken voor terugbetaling uiteindelijk het antwoord ontvangen dat ze niet terugbetalen als er een aanvraag is ingediend. Pure oplichten.
Heb de betaling nu betwist via mijn creditcard organisatie en hoop er maar het beste van.

VISAFI opera con modalità ingannevoli e poco trasparenti.
Ho autorizzato un pagamento di circa 59 €, ma dalla mia carta sono stati prelevati 334 € senza un consenso informato. Non appena mi sono resa conto della situazione, ho immediatamente interrotto la procedura, bloccato la carta e richiesto formalmente il rimborso.
Dopo oltre un mese di attesa, inizialmente si sono scusati confermando che avrei ricevuto il rimborso. Successivamente hanno cambiato versione, sostenendo che una pratica avviata non può essere rimborsata.
Peccato che nessun servizio sia mai stato erogato.
A mio avviso si tratta di pratiche commerciali fraudolente. Consiglio a tutti di stare alla larga da questo sito, proteggere i propri dati di pagamento e segnalare il caso alle autorità competenti, come ho già fatto io.

VISAFI appears to operate through misleading and deceptive practices.
I authorized a payment of approximately €59, but €334 was charged to my card without my informed consent. As soon as I realized the issue, I immediately stopped the procedure, blocked my card, and formally requested a refund.
After more than one month of delays, they initially apologized and confirmed that I would be refunded. Later, they changed their position, claiming that refunds are not possible once a procedure has been started.
This is unacceptable, especially considering that no actual service was ever provided.
In my opinion, this conduct is consistent with fraudulent commercial practices. I strongly advise users to stay away from this website, protect their payment data, and report the matter to the relevant authorities, as I have done.

wanted to get an ETA visa for the UK and I started on the official government website, by clicking on apply online i got transferred to the VisaFi website, gave my card details and instead of 20GBP i got charged €137, now my money is gone.

Scam website. Wanted to get an ETA for the United Kingdom which costs 20 GBP and came across this website, thinking this was the official government one. Only just before paying, those 20 GBP turned into 120 US$ without any explanation. Obvious scam website. Flag, report, block.

Betrug, Abzocke
Ich wurde zur Zahlung aufgefordert und es wurden 20 Pfund angezeigt. Nach der Bezahlung habe ich die Info bekommen dass 134€ abgebucht wurden!

Betrug . Hab die Bestellung garnicht abgeschlossen, aber dummerweise meine Daten eingegeben und schon waren 130 Euro weg .

Pas op voor deze website. Het lijkt alsof je een officiële UK ETA aanvraagt, maar het is een dure tussenpartij met misleidende prijsinformatie. Tijdens de aanvraag werd 60 pond getoond, maar uiteindelijk werd zonder duidelijke waarschuwing €418 afgeschreven en zonder 3D Secure-verificatie of bevestiging via de app plaatsgevonden voor deze betaling. De aanvraag is nooit afgerond en tijdig geannuleerdop meerdere verzoeken tot annulering en terugbetaling danwel per mail is niet gereageerd. Zeer slechte ervaring en absoluut niet transparant.
