Love zenplus
Zenplus is a great find of a website , I used it to purchase some shinada global plushies, they have great deals and prices on them, and other things like figures. Shipping from Japan took less time than I expected ( around 2 weeks ) I would recommend zeplus to anyone , as long as you don’t mind the expensive delivery fee’s ( An unavoidable thing for International delivery )

I was a bit skeptical at first but...
I was a bit skeptical at first but I took a chance and I am honestly pleasantly surprised by how quickly it shipped and arrived. It was packed well and the prices were very reasonable especially shipping to the US. I will definitely be using this service again.

Horrible service
Horrible service. I ordered a a zojirushi ricecooker and an adaptor for the SE plug it comes with. They cancelled the Zojirushi without emailing me and shipped the adaptor which costs $7.5 with an international shipping fee of $36. The Zojirushi is cancelled according to my 'Orders' page and I have emailed them about it but they take 5 days to respond if not more in my experience. The shipment is already with FedEx and the shipment weight is 300g, clearly just the adaptor item. They haven't confirmed cancellation via email nor refunded the money for the cancelled Zojirushi which costs around $350. Please avoid this website unless you're looking to get ripped off. I will update this review if they fix the issues.

Ordered a few bundles of manga from them. Used express shipping, shipped via FedEx to my door from Japan to southern Africa within a week. Customer support is super fast and very helpful. The goods are packed very safely with multiple layers of wrapping and did not experience any issues from them. Would 100% recommend over anything else if you want to buy from Japan, the prices for the individual items are not bad at all.
