Unorganised customer support service
Sendico urgently needs to restructure its customer support operations. As a loyal customer of several years, I have seen the service quality decline rather than improve. Although their stated hours are 9:00–18:00 JST, the reality is a 'one reply per query per day' bottleneck. Even if I respond immediately to their response, I rarely receive a second follow-up until the next business day.
This lack of agility has real consequences for me: I have lost numerous items because price negotiations weren't handled promptly. In several instances, items I intended to buy on stores like Rakuma were snatched up by other proxy services because Sendico failed to execute the purchase in time. Furthermore, the recent refusal to engage in price negotiations—even when sellers are open to them—is disappointing. Sendico should consider a system that allows buyers to negotiate directly with sellers to eliminate these costly delays.

Everything was ok, whats promised its delivered. Just wish they pack the items better since it will travel half a globe, but rest is ok.

Очень долго упаковываете и отправляете посылки. У других посредников процедура упаковки и отправки после оплаты посылки составляет 1 сутки. Непонятно почему делите заказ от одного продавца (магазина) (если больше 10 наименований в заказе) на 2 заказа и к каждому добавляете по 500 иен комиссии, в то время как другие посредники не делят, и прибавляют сумму только одной комиссии.

Transparent process
The whole process from bidding to receiving my parcel was very smooth. I was informed at all times about the situation with my order, and once the item arrived to the warehouse I could easily create a parcel with as many upgrades as I wanted.
I chose the cheapest mailing service with no extras and the package arrived quickly and in great condition, exactly as described in the listing.
