I had surgery yesterday 10.5.25 at Zenith Clinic in Nottingham.My experience was A1 excellent! I was a nervous wreck but I was put at ease by the surgical team. I felt surrounded by care & professionalism. It’s only the second day after my rhinoplasty so still have my cast on,I’m going to trust the process,as I know I have chosen one of the finest surgeons in the field,Professor Sama, a lovely personable man whom I trust greatly .
I just want to say a huge thank you to the team in order I met them.The fabulous Christine,nurse/ ODP,what a woman! Knows her job backwards,very caring lady,thank you. The very fabulous anaesthetist Malik , smoothest anaesthetic in the west & such a kind man. The amazing Paul ODP down to earth and kept my nerves at bay. I’m embarrassed & sorry to forget the scrub nurses name , but thank you 🙏 And last but not least the wonderful Adil the very caring recovery nurse , could have chatted to him all the day. And of course all the way through leading up to the process Rachael our guiding light throughout .
These people are a massive asset to zenith Clinic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I’m excited to be back in 9 days to have my cast removed. A long review , but had to be said 🙏

If I could leave no stars I would, had the worst experience with zenith that has cost me my health. I went to zenith a few years ago as I had concerns about my front tooth that had started to cross over the other tooth. The dentist recommended I had the tooth removed saying I had low bone density and it would fall out eventually, I have since learned this was actually untrue, he said I would be better to have also have my other my other front tooth shaved down and replace my front teeth with a permanent bridge, there was actually nothing wrong with the other tooth but I went with what he suggested as I thought he was the professional. I had a temporary bridge put in place whilst the permanent bridge was getting made, I returned to the dentist at least 5 times as this kept falling out! It was embarrassing and very painful, eventually he fitted my permanent bridge, I said I wasn’t sure about it and wanted to think about it over night. Next day I said it was too long and colour match wasn’t good, went back in to have it removed. He had in fact glued it permanently which meant refiling my tooth. Eventually new bridge was fitted which kept falling out, on the last occasion I saw this dentist he told me I was stressing him, he said he was due to get married at the weekend and all he could think about was my teeth, he said he didn’t want to see me again and said I could have a refund, I just couldn’t believe it, I left in tears, the bridge was not stable and I felt I had made the worst mistake going to zenith. The next day they called me, they said could use a new dentist to correct the bridge. I agreed out of desperation, the new dentist was lovely and the new bridge did look good, however it is unstable due to over filing the remaining tooth , it was literally a little stump! and was very painful, 3 years later I still can’t bite with it, I have an infection in my gum above the bridge and have constant painful abscesses, I am absolutely devastated, I can’t afford to do the work to correct what zenith did , another dentist said I need to get rid of the infection before it spreads to the surrounding area, he said I needed root canal and wouldn’t be able to have a bridge as the tooth now needed removing, he said he wasn’t sure if he could fit a implant due to the damage done, he advised it would cost over £10 thousand pounds, I just don’t have this kind of money! And I’m also scared if I remove the bridge I could be left with no front teeth. zenith have said they have done all that they are bound to do as aesthetically it looks ok, although the owner did offer me a gift for my troubles, I declined this and complained, but again was met with excuses and a list of the THEIR costs due to the previous dentists mistakes, just unbelievable that they had ruined my front teeth and then sent me this, like I should be grateful! I would avoid this place at all cost.
EDIT…Their response says they haven’t heard from me for years, when in fact this is a lie, I contacted them to tell them how I felt and the pain I was in and they said they had done everything they would do, I contacted a solicitor but zenith said I agreed to the bridge glued in permanently so it was my fault it had been filed down so short! Which is a blatant lie.
I don’t understand how you can say you tried to contact me and failed as my details remain the same, in fact I get emails from you weekly alerting me to available procedures etc, the truth is you discharged me from your care knowing I was unsatisfied and in pain, telling me if I need any further help I would need to pay, you also said you would refund the thousands of pounds I paid due to the dentists negligence but I haven’t received that either. I you truly want to help then you have my details, but I will keep editing this post to let people know the truth.

I visited Zenith yesterday for my stitches removed, Chris was a stitch removal wizard, I can't thank Chris and Rachel enough for their support and dedication, nothing is ever too much for either of them,

Absolutely perfect.

There are no words that will fully make justice how much Dr Maini and his staff took care of my problem. I came to see him with absolutely no hope after 3 surgeries on both of my ears for big keloid scars that completely failed. I was ready at this point to hear that it simple cannot be solved. But it was not even close to that because Dr Maini actually said and did fix my keloids forever, Everything is so good. my ears are back to normal after so many years of struggling with that problem and low confidence altogether. I am so impressed by his profesionalism and friendly approach, by his way of making the patient feel safe and hopeful. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

This establishment is wonderful. The doctors were helpful and caring. The service was excellent and they responded quickly to my query. The doctor explained the steps of the surgery clearly and gave me time to decide when to perform the surgery. Whenever I am ready, I contact them.

Another great experience with Zenith. Now booked in for Botox. Can’t wait

After reading so many positive reviews about this clinic, I had really hoped that I too would have had a 5 star experience. After approx a decade of considering a procedure and hours of research, I chose to have a procedure at Zenith clinics. To cut a very long story short, the before and after care I received was not what I would have expected from a private clinic or if I had gone through the NHS. There were a few too many areas I was dissatisfied with to go into detail, but the after care has been significantly below standard. I hesitated about writing a review as I have tried to resolve this with the clinic, but the final straw has been, not being contacted by my surgeon, as promised for my follow up 3 month review. In general the surgeon had very little care or consideration for customer care, appointments were late or via WhatsApp call whilst she was driving. She further disappeared before I woke up from my operation with no communication as to how the operation had gone!
The clinic has been apologetic for the errors that were made pre and post operation, however it feels like there is no learning. I may have been a one off who had a below average experience, but my advice would be, to really do your research into private clinics before committing to this one and spending your money.

I did a 6 session course laser hair removal with Shaneece at Zenith. I had amazing results after having these sessions and it has significantly reduced the facial hairs. It has definitely helped my confidence and I will come back to have a top up later in the year. I’m ever so grateful to Shaneece for being so welcoming and she had super customer services👌🏽She always made me feel good. Would highly recommend others to have this treatment and the results are truly a testament within itself.

I visited zenith for laser hair removal, and have now finished my 6 session course. I have experienced a more than significant reduction in the areas I was addressing and have felt fully welcomed and supported by the staff, in particular by Shaneece who was amazing throughout. I will be regularly returning for top ups and would recommend anyone reading this who is considering laser hair removal, to book a consultation, you won't regret it.

A fantastic service from start to finish. From the initial consultation, to the day of the procedure and excellent aftercare, Dr Maini couldn't have done more. My concerns were listened to and really understood, everything was explained clearly and the followup was second to none. Very reassuring and I had no hesitation in putting my complete trust in the professionals, I would 100% recommend to anyone considering undergoing a procedure.

I always feel that the experienced team listen to my concerns and offer tailored advice and treatments that is about putting the clients first, not just about business. Dr Maini took the time to explain the procedures and answer any in depth questions I had.

Another check in this time with Professor Sama and Rachel, stitches removed (those that wouldn’t dissolve) and a check in the healing of my nose. He was very pleased and reassured me it’s all going the right way. This is week 4. Advised how to carryon caring for my nose. Felt comfortable and looked after.

just like to thank all the zenith team...for all their kindness and expert care they gave me ..I felt anxious and nervous on the day but put at ease knowing I was in safe hands..the procedure very quick. I had a general aesthetic for upper and lower eye blepharoplasty..and went home the same day ..I'm now having aftercare just after one week surgery..and I feel absolutely fine..so once again thank you all so much..for your care and kindness..

Only had my consultation but so far I’ve received excellent service, mr Javid was very professional but also personable which instantly put me at ease. The receptionist staff were very friendly as was his nurse, as for mr javids secretary Pauline, she has been so helpful easily contactable and quick to respond to my queries, thank you so much. I look forward to my treatment early next month
