Signature Clinic have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire procedure. I had first enquired back in late 2024 with a quote for Gynocomestia Male Chest Lift & Reduction of £7000 due to the severity. Requoting in early 2026 potentially due to some extra weight loss brought this down to £6495. I believe this was Grade 3. From the initial consultation, to the pre-op vitals check, to the consent call, to the day of procedure, to aftercare, I would never have picked anyone but Signature Clinic for such a big procedure.

Receptionists were always incredible sweet and friendly, all nurses and doctors including Doctor Carlo Debbas were super professional and caring and calm. I’m so grateful for what they’ve done for me here. The procedure was almost painless minus the usual anaesthetic injections and burning during the procedure to remove fat/ tissue.

Aftercare have been incredible at answering all the little queries and concerns post op. I feel so taken care of, and the results even on … Maybe day 3 post op were insanely impressive. The procedure included free nipple grafts due to the severity of the surgery and so those have been the only worry since, but they’ve been well taken care of.

11/10 experience, don’t think it could’ve gotten any better. The process was a little too smooth, which if the usual risks or complications did occur maybe my review would have been different, but due to the amazing results, the extremely smooth and quick process, and lack of complications (which of course wouldn’t necessarily mean to be to the fault of the surgeons anyway), I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I would highly recommend Signature Birmingham clinic . I received wonderful care and am very pleased with the end result . Great value for money and wonderful aftercare service too

Very happy with my upper bleph surgery. Dr Sherif explained everything well and the staff were very good and held my hand throughout the surgery. The aftercare is great to and if you have any questions they reply asap. I would definitely recommend signature clinic. Also am so happy with the results. My surgery was done in the Liverpool clinic.

I had surgery with Dr Theogren in the London clinic; pleased with everything so far.

No aftercare what so ever. Problems with how my eyes were stitched up leaving visible scars on the upper eyelids. Not enough skin removed in lowers resulting in sagging skin and stiching very lumpy under 1 eye. No offer of scar revision. Dr saw me for about 2 minutes did not even get out of his chair 6ft away and brushed me off with co2 would get rid of issues, however when I contacted them to arrange i was told I would need 3 sessions at an additional cost to me of around £3k. Issues are to due with the the surgery provided therefore revisions should be offered at no charge ( this is the case with most reputable private clinics) or at least a reduced rate.

I had my op with Dr Carlos He’s a lovely , calm and professional surgeon the nurses that looked after me on that day were also wonderful. I can’t recommend signature enough … 5 ⭐️

I had an upper bleph done on Wednesday with Dr Ahmed, very early days still but overall absolutely delighted with how it’s looking already. All the team were lovely & Dr Ahmed is a magician. If I decide to have any more procedures done I would 100% come back.

Been to Signature clinic today in Birmingham for eyelid surgery and I must say what absolute professionals they are !! From start to finish from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I shut it behind me the service they have provided me is second to none. I underwent buccal fat removal with Dr Carlo and had a very positive experience. He was extremely thorough throughout the procedure, and his healthcare assistants were excellent in providing support and reassurance. The surgery itself was quick and virtually painless. I was also given clear and comprehensive aftercare instructions.
