Excellent treatment and experience for xanthelasma removal.
I had a very good experience with Zenith Cosmetics when I got my xanthelasmas removed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr Maini was excellent during the initial assessment, the procedure, and in the aftercare; he was always available by WhatsApp.

I went to see Dr Maini for a keloid removal on my ear, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. He was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The treatment itself was painless and straightforward, which made the whole process much easier than I expected.
My first appointment was only 9 weeks ago, and the improvement has been amazing—my ear is looking fantastic already. I’d also like to mention the reception team, who were always lovely, welcoming, and friendly at every visit.
I would highly recommend Dr Maini and his team to anyone considering keloid treatment.

Great results
I had a second session of Morpheus 8 on my stomach. I had a lovely cup of tea on arrival and then Rita applied two lots of numbing cream. I lay back and relaxed. As always Rita was absolutely lovely and put me at my ease. She showed me the difference between now and the first treatment six weeks ago and I can see an improvement!
Rita adjusted the needles when she started the treatment as it was quite painful and she was very sensitive to my pain levels and comfort.
I’m looking forward to seeing more results with my next sessions n finally get rid of my stretch marks!

Feeling Good After My Follow Up Visit Today
I am more than happy to write a review after my follow up visit with Rita Gulbinaite today. This was for a check up to record the progress of some recent laser treatment Rita had carried out. This was to treat areas of noticeable veins on my legs which were of concern to me and affecting my confidence. As usual Rita was cheerful and put me totally at ease and fully explained what she would be doing. I was pleased to see on the photos that Rita showed me from my initial visit that the areas of veins especially one area which I was most concerned about was fading and the area greatly reduced. I had a short session of laser treatment and arranged to return in a few months time. I felt extremely happy with how this is progressing. The reception staff too were helpful and friendly. Left there feeling so much better. Would recommend this treatment for anyone who is unhappy with the appearance of prominent leg veins. There is slight discomfort but I would say its worth it.
