I ordered 2 shirts of different patterns size S and I received a totally different pattern shirt in 2 copies of size XL. They got both the patterns wrong, and the sizes wrong. I contacted them through email, phone call, WhatsApp and no response at all. It's just waste of money. Though useless still the quality of the shirts is also not great at all. Don't get trapped. We can't write a review on their site.

Farud fake company

The company provides no customer care support. All the shirts I purchased were ill-fitting, and despite repeated attempts, I have received no response. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

trust pilot can you give me a lower star rating option to rate this fraudulent company they knowingly cheat customers with low standard service like poor quality and finish and also no customer care service for the purchased goods.....extremely feeling irritated and anguished

Received 2 shirts ordered,but found to be one size short. Asked for a refund as per refund policy, but no response received. Also, multiple attempts to contact failed.
Disappointing experience. Don't get fooled by their jazzy advertisements..

Don't trust them.. I purchased two shirts online and made full advance payment. But when I received the items they were of substandard quality and too small. I tried contacting them for an exchange or refund but don't get any response. I tried email, calls and WhatsApp. Frustrated because I trusted them and wanted to encourage some start up business.

I have ordered 4 shirts and paid the full amount. Delivery time mentioned was 5 days. Now it’s 15 days and no sign of delivery. Emailed them thrice and four times messaged my concern on WhatsApp too. No response at all. One of my friend too got cheated before it seems.

According to me, they are fraudulent and purposely cheating customers,

I ordered a product from ZayraApparel (Screenshot link is not allowed to upload on trustpilot). The shirt size was too tight, so I requested an exchange. I contacted their customer support via WhatsApp and email, but there has been no response at all (Screenshot link is not allowed to upload on trustpilot).

I even told them I was ready to pay the shipping charges for the exchange, but still no reply. This is highly unprofessional. If you cannot respond to your customers even once, it reflects very poor service.

Please think twice before ordering from them.

They are offering 25% discount on prepaid order
