One star is being generous. I placed an order on March 16 2026 says delivered but nope didn’t get it. They said they’d send it out again and they “supposedly “ did. Says delivered May 1. Nope no package. Wish I would’ve looked at reviews before I bought the pants that were advertised on tik tok. They were the 8 for 24.00. I’m so sick of these companies.

Wow! I wish I came here first before ordering! My FIRST order was in early March with a 3-5 delivery date. It showed delivered! Nope! Reached out to them and they resent. Delivered again. NOPE! They told me maybe a neighbor brought it in. I told them I have cameras! Now they want to give me 70% back. I am FURIOUS! Buyer beware! I will be getting back my full payment!

Do not order from this company. Total scam. Order never received after months. Finally agreed to send me a 70% refund.

They claim they shipped my stuff tracking number does not match anywhere. Never received my stuff do not order from these people they are scammers.

I placed my first order on 3/9/26 and after almost 3 weeks it said 'Delivered" However I never received the package. I live in a secured building with 24 hour security and cameras all around the outside and halls of the building. We reviewed all the footage of the cameras and it showed no delivery at all. I contacted ryxra and they claimed it was definitely delivered and that maybe it was stolen. Definitely did not happen because we watched the camera footage.After a bit of disputing the issue they agreed to send another shipment to replace the lost package. Now the tracking states that the new order was delivered yesterday (5/2/26) however once again NOTHING!
Ryxra is a scam 100%! Once again I have written them an email regarding this so lets see what they have to say this time.

Made a purchase and they show it "Delivered" 45 minutes in the future. Contacted them and they promised to reship. The new shipment shows delivered yet nothing arrived and we have camera's on the front to cover porch and mailbox. They are a scam so I have reached out to my bank to dispute the charge.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. They claim it was delivered, no it was not, then said we will resend and expedited with a more reliable carrier, JOKE, then offered me back 70% because they are going to be losing money too, NO you refund me 100 %. Of course that will take 15-25 working days, so we will see. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

I placed my order and after 45 days i still have not received it. They said it was delivered. When I emailed the problem they never responded. The phone number is disconnected and I can no longer find their website

This company should be shut down!! Look at these reviews and BELIEVE them. Word for word, people are telling the truth. I went through the exact experience, made my order in February and guess what- it was supposedly delivered but yet it wasn't at my home! Then came the offer of a duplicate shipment with a more reputable shipper and the same thing happened again. And they want to offer me a 70% refund? I told them I guess that's how they make their money by stealing from everyone and never making a delivery..
Addendum: my refund was 8.74, not even close to 70% which was 30.00!!!

I've received the clothes. The delivery was quite fast. The clothes fit me well and are very comfortable to wear.

Don’t do it!!!! I have orders in late February and didn’t receive the shipment even though they swore it was delivered. They shipped again with a “more reliable shipping “ company. Kept an eye out for the delivery, states it was delivered on the 13th and it is no where. Checked with my awesome neighbors and nothing. Then asked for a refund and they offered me a 40% at first then offered 70%. NOPE! Give me 100% of my money as it’s not not my issue you have unreliable shipping ! Run and don’t look back!

Waited a month for the product. It said it was delivered but wasn't. I asked for a refund they had the nerve ti ask if I would take a 60% refund as they had suffered a loss and that it would take up to 25 days. These people are a scam big time

Company said package was delivered but it was NOT delivered to my home. No reply from customer service when inquiring about a refund. Do not recommend buying from these folks

This website sells really cheap clothes, and they're quite nice after I received them. If there were more websites like this offering good quality at low prices, people like us who earn little could finally live a decent life. Sigh, prices are skyrocketing, but our take-home pay is always so low.

Placed order in January, waited over a month for tracking to say delivered but I never got them. Emailed company, they said they would resend, again a month later and the second order says delivered but obviously not to me. Still waiting on refund…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have encountered significant issues with this company's delivery service on two separate occasions. In both instances, the tracking information indicated successful delivery, yet the packages were never received. This recurring problem suggests a systemic issue rather than mere coincidence, leading me to question the legitimacy of their operations.

This company is a complete farce!! I ordered the capris, and after two months of emails back and forth still no refund as promised and no capris!! The tracking site says the capris were delivered and they were never delivered. The company promised me at first a 40% refund and they gave me $1.41 back which I don't know how they do their math buts that's not 40%. Then they promised a full refund a month ago and still nothing!! Do not order from this company, it's a complete scam!!
