my order 88245. Product quality is bad, ordered for size XL but shirt received is medium with XL tag, quality and finish is bad and there is print damage.I am not seeing the option of return option. I have initiated whatsapp chat and email as per their return policy and there is no reply. This is a scam I have been cheated

Fraud company with false promises.

i have ordered there shirt stating 100% cotton and when i received the product it is as good as doormat . i am trying ton connect with customer care via email and WhatsApp still no response.

Fraud company. The other reviews are all true.

I ordered for 02 shirts from zayraapparel it shocked me what I ordered and what I got . even after getting touch with official number that number showing not available to take call ,

Iam a regular customer for online shopping but it was worst experience to shop with Zayraapp.
I had ordered three shirts, the quality of the fabric is very poor and so is the stitching. When I tried to contact thru mail as well as whataapp they are receiving thw meaaages but not responding at all.

Zayraapp ia not a reliable co and advise others to avoid placing the order with this co and getting trapped. Nutshell its a fraud totally

ordered 4 shirts, but shocked to see the quality shown on social media and the quality you finally get is very bad, i think they are copying some another brand cloth designs, the print quality and cloth quality is poor. tried reaching customer care but nobody replies. it's a fraud.

I ordered 3 shirts. 2 out of 3 shirts were defective, so I wrote email and text on their WhatsApp for replacement on the same day of delivery.
It's been 3 days till now, but I didn't got any response yet.

Shirts material is law quality.

Unfortunately i checked the reviews AFTER placing a order. their products are sub standard and they lure you with 25% discounts on prepaid orders. Their phone number published on site is fake (always switched off) no response on emails. This is a scam and fraud site from Surat. Interestingly, i did not find the company's address aswell on the site !!! I have placed a complaint online at consumer forum, please, everyone do so. It is not just about our money, it is about encouraging and letting these dubious sites remain and make fool out of peoples hard earned money.

I ordered M size and got S size.
No return policy. Both contact nos are switched off.
No one will acknowledge your mail.
Completely FAKE site.

Very very bad, don't buy this brand, nobody supports you after sales, they have simply mentioned customer support number but there is none, Do not waste your money, if I could rate them less than 1 star I would have done that

@zayraapparel you have the worse customer service team ever!!!!Don't keep exchange policies when your inefficient team sends a wrong size when inorder an XXL size & u send a S size & after committing such a fraud,i wrote emails to your customer service,but no reply to my emails,tried calling but the no isn't functional so basically u are here to cheat customers!!!!People don't order from this fraud company unless you want to be cheated & ur money will get wasted!!!This is a fraud website!!!

Zayra Apparel is a cheat deceiving their customers! The shirts I ordered that got delivered were of extremely poor quality (stitching, cloth, packing) compared to what's shown on the website! Worst, there's no way to raise complaints, raise return request or seek refund! These guys are frauds! Money they earn by deceiving and cheating customers will not stick!

Koi bhi order mat krna ye side fake hai order aata nahi hai order ke status bhi nhi aate return policy bhi nahi hai.custmer care ki service bhi nahi hai.aur call lagaye to inke call humesha bizi aata hai isliye galti se bhi is side par order na kare apke paise Bach jayenge...

Maine shirt order kiya tha ekadam bakwas quality ka aaya hai abhi return karne ke liye kuchh bhi option hi nahin a raha hai

It's a scam website. They sell extremely poor shirts and dont get fooled by the Instagram ads.

They are frauds. I paid in advance and delivery guy mentioned it to be a COD and collected money from my family member as I was not at home. The material is very cheap and doesn't look at all like what has been shown in the picture.
