I loved the service and choice of sweets but I found they weren’t evenly distributed which was disappointing

If you are happy to confirm and share the best before date along with the batch code as well as some further details on the quality, we’d like to send this off to the manufacturer to investigate. This is something that all manufacturers take very seriously and will want to be made away of.

Received my sweeties and the pick and mix was wasted due to some sweets melted all over the other sweets before getting my order 😔
