I bought and paid for two pairs of sandals. Only one pair was delivered! I have written to their service desk and received no response! Its a disgrace!! I expect a refund and they can collect the one pair they delivered.....I dont want to buy from them again!! CONTACT ME!!
Absolute worst experience
Absolute worst experience. Bought two items. After paymemt went through the order was cancelled saying the payment was not done. You can never get hold of anyone. They never reply to mails, messanger messages or comments on fb but are constantly posting specials. Please do not buy from them. I will never again.
A month ago the same thing happened. Order was cancelled due to "no stock". The money went off on my bank. 10 minutes later I received a mail claiming the item is back in stock and I can order again. Waited more than a month for my refund.

Rubbish company, Thieves, Scammers... They will deliver a wrong item and convince you that you the idiot that doesn't know what you ordered. Then take you for rubbish on returning the item. Lie to you! Refuse to pay back. They are nonsense that need to be avoided at all cost. Stay woke guys, the item might look good on the web but rather get it somewhere else to keep your sanity! Please don't order from Zando, they basically stealing money from people. I never received my order, they claim the delivery guy couldn't get hold of me. Then they send emails from a no reply email address cause that's ideal for them, so u don't ever get to speak to a person or get your money refunded. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst return policy. They promise collection in 2/3 days. It's been 2 weeks with no reply. They don't respond to emails. Calls don't work. Facebook, they act like they are helping because it's a public space but nothing. No help whatsoever

The swimsuit I bought (R300) was completely see through, not even my size and horrible quality. I emailed customercare more than 5 times with only one response. No refund, no apology and no help either.

I have used zando for years and never once was disappointed until now, I have ordered a bomber jacket for my brother 3/4 weeks ago and they replied 4 weeks later saying it was out of stock and they had cancelled my order.They never gave me an option for an exchange or voucher to continue getting something else maybe but instead kept quite,its not like I returned anything instead it's them who cancelled and are supposed to make amends of their incompetence for informing me very late and for the inconvenience,but instead they email saying they will refund me immediately since it was a card payment,since then I have been waiting and decided to email them as the waiting refund period was over, I never got a response,tried phoning them and still no assistance on refund of R550.00 . I am very disappointed they are so not reliable. I am even scared to even buy anything else from them and lose more money.

I have been requesting a return for 14 days and have not had my email answered. Even if they cant collect I would like a response.
So now I think I may be forced to keep a garment that I don't like as the time for return is running out.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service from Zando, 7 calls, 2 emails, 5 weeks later and still no parcel no refund no answer from Zando and not even management get involve. Everytime I phone I have to speak to an agent and I have to explain my whole story from the start and refuse to put me through to management and they just say they will try and find out what is going on and so it goes!!!!
