Zando has 2.2 stars on google and a trust index of 2,8 on Hellopeter. Don't be scammed by them. Like most of the other reviewers that were scammed, I previously bought from Zando without a problem, but they are no longer the same company. Either they have new ownership or have decided to rely on their previously good name to start scamming customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM ZANDO. They are a complete scam. I was sent a dress that smelled and returned it because it didn't fit. They are now blaming me for the stink on the dress and refuse to refund me. Unfortunately I assumed they were a reputable company because they have been around for some time. I hope others actually start checking how many bad reviews Zando has and don't get scammed like i was.

I was very disappointed when I payed for my order, just to receive an email informing me the order was cancelled - item out of stock. I was informed that I will receive a voucher for the same value. I however wanted my money back. I am happy to say that I requested this and my refund into my bank account was done within two days. So... unhappy that they dont inform you beforehand that items are not in stock, but happy about swift refund

They don't even deserve a star, none at all. I bought a pair of sneakers and they delivered the wrong order, wrapped nicely, something that is not even on their website for that matter and all they could tell me is that they are sorry and about their policies. I spoke to two agents and both were contradicting each other.

A whole day, they call me to tell me the same thing, we are sorry and telling me they going to compensate me with R150 voucher will be put into my account with my refund and they next tell me no that can not happen, it will be put against my Zando account. basically, I am forced to buy with them again. bloody scammers!

Very good experience I returned an item and it was collected the next day. A agent called explaining the process and I was kept informed via e-mail. My money was refunded in 3days.

I bought two sneakers for my boy and it's hardly two months now and the sneakers look 5 years old,they look fake with long shoelaces.im disappointed and will never order from them.how I wish there was a picture upload option so everyone can see the fake sneakers.

Pleasantly Surprised by Zando!
I've never had a bad experience with Zando - I recently bought a pair of sneakers but when they arrived (a week earlier than expected), they were a size too small. I sent them back thinking that Zando was likely to penalize me by deducting the shipping fees from the exchange balance - but they didn't - i re-ordered the shoes and the voucher did not just cover the cost of the shoes but also the shipping to have it delivered to me again!. The delivery guy is already on his way to my house again, much sooner than expected! What a fantastic experience. Thanks Zando!

I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers an a pair of bronx boots, I noticed that after a couple of months the shoes started getting loose where by the soles,i felt so bad coz I loved shopping with them, but I'll ever buy anything from them again they sell fake shoes and clothes

The product came within a day and the product came exactly as advertised! Brilliant experience, will definitely be ordering again!

Received my order late after the party I Was supposed to wear it to. Very disappointed.

Really bad experience twice regarding refunds.
I haven’t received m refund for two separate orders.
They take money but can’t give it back.
Worst online shopping experience and fraudulent behavior.

Never ask for a refund just resell what you bought is my advice.

Parcel and driver went MIA despite getting SMS’s to say the order is out for delivery and my parcel was the drivers next stop. Wasted hours on the phone with the courier company, USELESS dawn wing. Live chat with Zando a total joke, got told I will get attended to when all other chats are closed. Don't ever order from here - not worth the time or stress, you shouldn’t have to track down a parcel you paid for to be delivered. Don’t even get me started on how dawn wing operates, like it’s 2002.

I ordered on the 16th of May and my total was R3 673 and it said my payment is confirmed. Now I’m receiving emails that my payment was unsuccessful, but the R3 673 was deducted from my account.

I bought sneakers for my son for his birthday from Zando. He opened it in front of myself and his friends. He looked at the shoes, still in the box and said: 'Sorry Mom I don't like this'. He closed the shoes and I returned it the next day. He never took it out of the box and he never fitted it on. Zando rejected the return. I have no idea why it was rejected. I was never informed the reason. They must have invented some dishonest reason. Or their staff damaged the product. I had more stuff in my cart, but I will never buy from them again.

I've always been satisfied with the service until now. I returned an item I paid COD for and now I cannot get my refund!!!! It looks like their online portal is not working and I get no response via email either!

I recieved my order super fast and the website is easy to use. I returned 2 items due to a sizing issue from my side and the driver arrived within 2 days to collect. I was then issued a voucher code to use 1 day after that.
I'm really happy with the service and efficiency. It's also nice to see many of the items I chose are manufactured locally.
I will definitely shop here again.

I have been extremely happy with the items I ordered from Zando. What I ordered was exactly as per the photo on the website. I was so pleased with confirmation e-mails keeping me informed of the progress of my order. I received my items much quicker than the given delivery date. The courier service they used were exceptional as well. I won't hesitate to order again. In fact I look forward to getting more good, honest and reliable service. Happy regular customer.

Absolutely perfect and easy. I have ordered from Zando multiple times now and always got exactly what i ordered within 3-4 days. I did a return because i ordered the wrong size, it was picked up the next day and i got a refund to reorder. They even add free samples and gifts in the boxes which are actually worth alot when you check.

Atrocious service received on my order (409699542 in package JE-JNB-409699542-5813). Waiting since 23 November 2020 with expected delivery indicated before 4 December 2020. Followed up numerous times with no properly informed feedback via the chatline nor email. The help centre is unable to provide contact details of a supervisor or logistics manager due to remote working (yes, really). To top it all off, I just received an email on 10 December 2020 that my order is cancelled with no real reason provided. Deleting the app and surely not recommending the use of this platform. Unreliable.

Poor services... They're frauds.. If you don't want a heart attack stay away from these people
