Zando and their courier services are so incompetent, I made an order on the 3rd September 2023, on the 9th I received a message that my my order has been delivered but did not confirm anything with their courier service, I went to where the order was said to be delivered but did not find my parcel, tried calling their Customer Service line but with no success, send an email also but no one is following up with me, even their Help option on the App it’s not user friendly. I want a refund because my money was deducted but never received my parcel.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Took almost a week to collect a return, I re-purchased the same item in the meantime as the previous order was to big, just for them to phone me another two days later saying they don’t accept returns on this product.

Worst company ever!! Bought jeans which I thought were on sale (as their website showed) but they were not!! Put six jeans in my cart (at R1067) while still browsing through, when I went to my cart I found 5 at the same price and I just dismissed that as a system error of some sort since there was no change in the total price then proceeded to the check-out page, however, only four jeans appeared on 'my orders' still at a cost of the initial seven ( Now no longer on special), they took many days to arrive and when they finally did, they were all small then I decided to give them away because I had a very very horrible experience with their delivery team, takes days and they just cancelled my deliveries without explanation nor notification.. MY ADVICE, take your money elsewhere!!!!!

worst company ever, first time i purchased products from them. Before buying this product i spoke to and agent, sounded all rosy and today i will not be receiving my shoes because the driver was sick.
Waiting for the manager to call me probably not going to happen either.

This is the first and the last time i will buy from zando.

Rather buy from Superbalist. Never will use Zando again. They have a short return period and i missed it. The shoes i bought are white and they came with dirty black marks underneath. Unfortunately i had to to away and just missed the return period. Customer service doesn't care at all and just copy and paste the return policy which i already said i was aware of. Had nothing to say about the marks on the shoe.

THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC COMPANY WHEIR DELIVERY IS CONCERN AND THE DRIVERS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIKET FAILING A PERSONS PARCEL BUT HE WAS NOT ONCE AT MY HOUSE.

HOW PATHETIC! I place my order pay for it WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT just to get an email that says my order has been cancelled!!! WHY? Because your guys courier company lost it!! or wait we all know they STOLE IT!!!

Get a new courier service this i pathetic!

Horrible service,misleading marketing! I purchased a rash vest, not any personal item such as underwear or pierced earrings.
There is no information on the web page stating the rash vest in non-refundable and now Zando refuses to return it!
I am an avid online shopper but unfortunately will never purchase from Zando again!

They are transparent and offer great customer service

Do not buy from this company. My underwear arrived out of the packaging and was damaged. They refused to refund us because of their T's and C's.

I've always purchased from zando and never had any issues. It's 3 consecutive years and I still purchase from them throughout the year. The deals and prices and exceptional and a wide range of products. I trust zando. Even returns and vouchers are 100% safe. I always got my orders in a very quick paste as well. I can't complain. They are too good.

Ordered two pairs of superga sneakers yesterday and it was delivered to me the following afternoon in perfect condition. Super happy!

The worst returns service ever. They need to find an alternative courier service(DPD laser is the worst) . Literally was sent around just for them not to come pick up the item.

I ordered a Africa fashion house yellow stripe bomber jacket from Zando and they send me a jacket, which was worn by someone the whole winter , dirty smelly, all pockets full of used wet wipes serviettes, till slips from spar in centurion.

Worst experience.

Their return policy is ridiculous. Purchased a pair of boots like week ago and I lodged a return literally the next day after receiving them. I spoke to the agent Tarryn who is just so useless. They were supposed to have collected the return on Tuesday and it's Friday today, still waiting for them.

Will never purchase from Zando again. They more of a hinderance than an assistance. With only a return option and no exchange item option, I fathom to understand how a business fetches a return order which was a small size item, only for the customer to reorder a bigger size. So that is fetching an item and then coming back to give the same item in a bigger size. When you reorder the bigger size item you forfeit your discount voucher as well. What an inefficient process. It is beyond my understanding and is a total inconvenience. How is your business model still working?

I buy most of my items from Zando never had problems with them, the delivery takes between 4-5 days and if I lock in a return takes about a day or 2 days for them to collect the parcel from me and they always let me know the day and time the courier will be here, giving me the opportunity to reschedule the collection in case I'm not home. I'm very happy with Zando. Best service ever.

I am so disgusted by Zandos, I ordered for the first time on their website. I have ordered two pairs of shoes to the value of R 799.00 got a R 250.00 discount and paid them R 550.00, therefore I logged a return because the shoe did not fit...I then asked for the same shoe just in a bigger size...Zandos only credited me with R 347.00 AFTER MY SHOE COST R499.00 and that I will have to pay up in order to get the shoe, because they do not do returns according to them...and when I asked the consultant how they came up with the amount he could not answer me...but rather saying that they devided the R 250.00 amoungst the 2 pairs of shoes but still did not make sense.....I am truly shocked and would rather want a refund as I will be purchasing somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Worst company to buy from I recently bought a nike top I changed my mind did not fit properly so I requested a return they sent it back saying it smelled of cigarette smoke and I don't even smoke. Scammers to be honest but I won't leave it alone they don't know me at all. They do not deserve the one star useless money hungry pigs ripping people off don't buy from them. This company needs to shut down and get out of South Africa. I rather go with Superbalist than ever buy from a company who is obviously struggling so they rip off their customers with lies.
Spoke to a a manager who I could slap to be honest but every dick gets his day. A rude manager to have attend to your clients he does not believe his clients. You forget its your clients that pay your salary.
Do us a favour Zando close your doors and get lost.
I'm not done with you Zando I dont give up that easily watch me rise you won't rip me off at all.

I even took the Nike top to Woolworths and they have higher hygienic standards and they confirm it does not smell of cigarette smoke and this manager has a cheek to say his standards are higher than Woolworths you are a bloody joke.
