Lens replacement

I was feeling a little unsure when arriving in Istanbul for lens replacement surgery and whether I’d done the right thing.
I was met at the airport and transferred to a very nice hotel close to the clinic.
Tests and pre op were carried out and a consultation with the surgeon the day before surgery.
I was given the option of having both eyes done together or separately and opted for the latter.
Both procedures went very smoothly and I was fully informed throughout the process.
Further consultations and eye tests after the procedures before discharge.
Overall, a very positive experience and regularly updated by Elif who co ordinated everything brilliantly.

Ich bin mega zufrieden mit den Ärzten

Ich bin mega zufrieden mit den Ärzten, die dort operieren und dem gesamten Personal, welches dort im Krankenhaus praktiziert.
Ich hatte anfangs Angst, weil ich die Sprache nicht kann, jedoch hat man durchgegehend Menschen um sich herum die deutsch sprechen und einem das Gefühl geben man sei nicht fremd.

Die Kontaktaufnahme ging schnell und…

Die Kontaktaufnahme ging schnell und unkompliziert über WhatsApp und mir wurde auch direkt eine deutschsprachige Beraterin zur Seite gestellt. Sie hat mich sehr freundlich empfangen und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Sie blieb sogar bis nach der Behandlung an meiner Seite, dies hat mir viel Sicherheit gegeben. Auch wenn die meisten natürlich auch Englisch sprechen. Ich habe mich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Behandlung war zu meiner Zufriedenheit und nach meinem Empfinden, wurde alles gut erklärt und durchgeführt.

Ich war im Yüzyıl Hospital in der Türkei und bin rundum zufrieden!

Ich war im Krankenhaus für zwei Behandlungen – eine Liposuktion und eine Augenlaser-OP und bin rundum zufrieden mit dem gesamten Ablauf und den Ergebnissen!
Ein großes Dankeschön an Dr. Elif Akbay, die meine Liposuktion durchgeführt hat. Amazing Upper and Lower Blephs by surgeon Dr Elif Akbay

I'm still in early recovery 10 days post operation which was carried put at Yuzyil Hospital Istanbul under the caring and magic hands of Dr Elif Akbay. This is what has to be the most important part of cosmetic surgery is the quality of the work by your surgeon and this is why I mentioned first. She absolutely 'gets it' knew I was looking for a natural look. Was really clear on the process with good communication with the team and translators supporting me and navigating the hospital. The hospital was spotlessly clean as you should expect from a general hospital. Was really impressed with the hospital and spoke with other patients when doing my research. I decided to have as a first surgery upper and lower Blepharoplasty. One eye was drooping more than the other although there was sagging skin with both upper eyes with bags under eye too. I just wanted to be a bit more refreshed and have some symmetry. I am still at an early stage but the incisions and surgical work is very skilled. I was taped up and told exactly and clearly the process after the surgery. On the day of surgery it all took under 1 hour, the nursing team and anaesthetist were lovely calm and reassuring. I would be lying if I didn't say I was anxious, but they all understand this is normal. I was put at ease. After spending an overnight stay at hospital the team on the ward were lovely and my support team were around with a smile and translating. Also really helpful was the paperwork my team gave me pre op you need to sign but I was told to take my time with the forms, they were all clearly in English so was able to read and sign and hand back over before the operation. The team step by step guided me at each part of the process. Once moved to a lovely hotel to recover 5 days it was not to far from the hospital and centre of Istanbul. I am glad I was more on the outskirts for peaceful recovery. The staff at the hotel had incredible hospitality and again spotlessly clean. I had allocated driver to get me from and to hospital appointment, hotel and flights and again they were prompt and polite. The whole package was professional. I much prefer understated less bling and more skill and professionalism. I received a great deal for my treatment matched with skill. So I am very happy. It's not a decision I took lightly and did prepare and do research. At 10 days I am healing well scarring looking OK at this point as I've been obsessed with watching others journeys I've learned everyone's healing journey looks and is experienced differently. I had minimal bruising for someone who bruises easily. It's still numb under my eyes but wow what a difference already. I am super impressed. Can only thank the team and can confidently say for upper and lower blephs I would recommend this hospital and surgeon.

I had a wonderful support team

I had a wonderful support team , elif my patient co-ordinator was amazing at answering any questions I had at any time of day or night ,, serap my translator was absolutely lovely , she welcomed me and made me feel at ease straight away ,, she was with me all the time ,

Great time

Hi, just came back from Yuzyil hospital , I went first time in January 2025 for breast lift with implants, and end of September for breast lift revision and 2 areas liposuction, I had a great time there, all staff, translator, coordinator, nurses , surgeon, everyone was amazing, great nice and clean hospital, surgery went very well, all after care, staff was amazing helping me as much as possible, I recommend this hospital!

I waited a while to do this review…

I waited a while to do this review because I needed it to be as honest as possible. My experience at this hospital for a bariatric surgery was great. The pre and post care were excellent and I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I will always recommend. No question was ever too much for Shamira

Hospital room had no air con

Hospital room had no air con, It was 29 degrees in room. I noticed immediately on arriving it felt like an oven and was told air con was now on, which it wasn’t. Was extremely tired and dehydrated the next morning (morning of surgery) as had not slept due to the suffocating heat.

Drs/ staff connected the anaesthesia drip without even bothering to let me know. I was completely ignored as I was put to sleep, it’s like you’re not even there, they had their backs to me.
Woke up with extreme pain in my butt cheek and lower back, I am sure they dropped me off the table as I’ve had surgery a few times and never had this before, just from laying. Woke up in the room with no air con and cried, I was so hot, there is not even a fan and the mattress is plastic (I know hospital beds are always plastic, im just mentioning because it was so, so hot in there)
The button for calling for help was on the floor and out of reach so I had to climb over the sides of the bed and pick it up from the floor (whilst recovering from surgery and with a catheter in)
I was moved rooms but only because I insisted I couldn’t cope with the heat and I would never of came if I knew there was no air con, which I would not have.
The room i was moved to had a very weak air con system which took a day and a half to kick in and get to a reasonable temperature.
The WiFi only works if you are logged in and on your phone, the moment your screen locks, it kicks you off. So you won’t be able to receive any messages or calls unless you have your phone in use and in your hand.
Which is hard to do because the sockets there (the ones that even work) are very weak and faulty. You cannot get more than 20% charge in your phone, also the sockets are on the opposite side of the room to the bed so you will not have access to it as most the time you will be on an antibiotic/ painkiller drip for hours. If you have a surgery that restricts you from getting out of bed, you will be without a phone.
I had a facelift so I could get up fairly soon but still needed regular drips so was without a phone for very long periods of time and my family and friends were very worried as their messages were undelivered for hours and hours due to lack of Wi-Fi.

The ladies in the hospital are very nice, they don’t speak English but are very nice. The tv doesn’t work but one lady tried to fix it for me and was very kind to me.

The hospital building is old, worn out and looks like something from a third world country. It wasn’t anything like others I have been to in Turkey. It is NOT luxury, neither is the hotel.

The hospital food was terrible but wasn’t very hungry after surgery anyway so wasn’t really bothered. If you are a fussy eater be warned, you will go hungry until you go to the hotel.

The hotel is very basic but thankfully has air con, wifi and working sockets.
Unfortunately it only includes one meal so if you are there alone I hope you are not having a surgery that prevents you from leaving the hotel, because you will need to or you will be living on one meal a day.

The driver turned up almost an hour early to take me to the airport so I had even longer to wait at the airport which was annoying.

Since arriving home, swelling has gone and healed nicely but I am very, very unhappy with the results. I look no different! There is no difference whatsoever. I look exactly the same and can prove it with photos. I waited six weeks and then contacted the consultant who forwarded my messages to the surgeon who made excuses and clearly isn’t interested.

I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone. I really wouldn’t. Even after how awful it was, I would never of said anything if my results were noticeable but on top of an awful experience, I’ve wasted all that money for no results, just scars.

Mid face lift and composite bonding

My coordinator Oyku was prompt with her responses and tried her best, and my male translator was also very nice.

Unfortunately I came to do a mid face lift and composite bonding.

After my mid face lift, I have been left with nerve damage and uneven eyebrows. The rest of the face looks exactly the same apart from not being able to move my eyebrows.

My composite bonding chipped in the first week, to which they said I have insurance but I have to go back to turkey to fix. Which is again understandable but incredibly inconvenient.

The room I was kept in at the hospital, had no air con, and was extremely hot to which the nurses kept saying they will get it fixed and never did which was extremely unsettling after surgery. There was no ice at all either. Which made my face swelling worse after surgery. Overall, the experience was disappointing and a waste of time .

The photos and videos you provided subsequently demonstrated normal eyebrow movement, with no nerve-related problems detected.

Wonderful Experience

Vermittlerin und OP katastrophal. Nur Geldmacherei!!

Ich kam über die Vermittlerin Neslihan zu einer größeren OP, in dieses Krankenhaus. Wir haben diverse Abmachungen getroffen, die bei der OP nicht eingehalten wurden. Entsprechend habe ich für mehr bezahlt, jedoch weniger bekommen (Belege per WhatsApp und Fotodokumentation).

Es ist richtig, dass man erst die ausgemachte Summe zahlen muss und man bekommt keine genaue Aufstellung, was besprochen wurde.

Anfänglich habe ich mich gut bei Neslihan und dem Krankenhaus aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich habe Ihnen vertraut.
Wir bekamen unser Zimmer und ich musste direkt alle OP Aufklärungen unterschreiben, ohne ärztliche Aufklärung.
Am nächsten Tag kam ein sehr unhöflicher Anästhesist.

Danach wurde ich abgezeichnet und habe nicht alles hinterfragt, weil ich dachte, Neslihan hat dem Arzt alles weiter geleitet, was operiert werden sollte. Darüber hinaus hat er auch - ich habe im Nachhinein recherchiert - Areale eingezeichnet, die aber nicht entsprechend operiert wurden.

Fazit der OP: Der Po wurde nicht mittels Schnitt gestrafft. Das Fett vom BBL ist komplett weg - ein Arzt in Deutschland hat es begutachtet und wenig bis keine Indizien für ein richtig durchgeführtes BBL gefunden -, Beine keine Liposuktion, obwohl besprochen, Beinstraffung nur bis zur Mitte der Beine. Angeblich sei an den Knien nur Fett gewesen -sollte Liposuktion und Straffung mit Schnitt -, welches auch nicht abgesaugt wurde, obwohl so besprochen.

Neslihan schrieb mir bei Nachfrage vor der OP, dass man kein BBL Kissen braucht. Ein Tag nach der OP hat der Arzt klar erklärt, dass ich das haben muss und bekam dieses vom Krankenhaus. Ein Tag nach der OP sagte Neslihan, dass ich mich einfach auf den Po setzen dürfte. Stimmte auch nicht. Hat der Arzt dann bei der Visite gesagt.

Die Schwestern im Krankenhaus sprechen so gut wie kein Englisch und die meisten sind nicht sehr freundlich.

Ich Deutschland hat sich ein Hubbel am Bein entwickelt, den ich laut Aussage von Neslihan massieren sollte. Sie hätten mich zum Arzt schicken müssen. Es hat sich eine Lymphfistel gebildet, die jetzt weg operiert werden muss.

Nachdem ich Neslihan von Deutschland aus mit den o.g. konfrontiert habe, schrie sie mich an und wurde unverschämt.
Sie sah nichts ein.
Bis auf eine angebotene Absaugung an den Knien, wurde mir weiterhin nichts bzgl dem was falsch gelaufen ist, angeboten.

Neslihan hat vor dem Eingriff "vorher-nachher" Bilder geschickt, die nicht aus dem Yuzyil Krankenhaus sind. Sie waren aus dem Internet gezogen.

Ich möchte mein Geld wieder haben!!

Psychisch und physisch unmenschlich, was abgelaufen ist.

I am Ramona and I am from Romania. I came on the recommendation of my friend to have my rhinoplasty surgery. Although I am only 4 days after the surgery, I am healed, I have had no pain at all. My doctor Huseyn Sut is a very good doctor! I will definitely come back to your clinic for my breasts! Very caring staff, and the hotel we are staying at is exceptional! I highly recommend it!

Well I must say that my experience with you was exceptional. The service level you offered was very professional, friendly and caring. The doctor was especially kind and very caring. I felt I was in good. Thank you very much for the help and the support you gave me during my procedure. I really appreciate it your support. The surgery was very successful and I am recovering on a daily basis. I can see improvements every day. It is not 100% yet, but I know it could take three to six months to appreciate the final results. However, I am able to work on my laptop, see my mobile phone and read the newspaper with no problems without having to wear glasses.
Far distance is still blurry at 100 meters, but this has been improving over the days.
I am very satisfied with results so far.

Life-Changing 360 Vaser Liposuction & HD Six-Pack with Dr. Aziz – Amazing Experience from London to Istanbul

I had my 360 Vaser liposuction and HD six-pack surgery with Dr. Aziz Paraspaci on 22nd July, and I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.

I flew from London to Istanbul on 21st July, arriving at 2 PM. I was picked up from the airport by a private driver provided by the clinic and taken directly to Yuzyil Hospital – a clean, modern facility where I felt very comfortable.

Upon arrival, I met my translator, Murat, who spoke excellent English and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole journey. That same day, they took my blood tests, and I received the results within two hours – fast and efficient!

Later that afternoon, I had a consultation with Dr. Aziz Paraspaci, who took his time marking my abdominal and back areas for the procedure. I had many questions, and he answered all of them patiently and professionally. His knowledge and confidence made me feel completely reassured. He instructed me to fast after midnight in preparation for my surgery the next morning.

I spent the night at the hospital in a private, clean, and comfortable room. The nursing staff were available 24/7 – very caring, and some spoke English well. They made sure I had everything I needed.

On the 22nd of July, my surgery took place at 8:30 AM. Dr. Aziz came to see me again before the operation to finalize the markings. The operation went smoothly, and I recovered quickly with excellent post-operative care from the nurses.

I stayed one more night at the hospital after surgery, then was transferred to a lovely, quiet hotel where I spent another three nights. Each morning, a driver took me to the clinic for wound cleaning and care. They provided all necessary creams and antibiotics, and I continued seeing Dr. Aziz during these visits – he was happy with my recovery, and I could already see amazing results just two days post-op.

Now, it’s 27th July, and I’m back in London. I have no pain, no infection, and my body feels completely normal. I’m truly impressed with the fast recovery and stunning results.

A special thank you to Aybüke, the young lady who coordinated everything from the start. She was my first point of contact, answered all my questions, arranged the doctor consultation, transfers, and follow-up. She was always available by phone or message and truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you so much, Aybüke your help meant everything!

This experience exceeded all my expectations. If you’re considering body contouring or liposuction, I highly recommend Dr. Aziz and his team. You can even check my progress and results on social media I’m incredibly happy with the outcome!
