Went to look at a BMW i had my eye on met Paul who pulled out the bike for inspection and i was smitten with the bike . I test rode the bike a few days later and we agreed a fair price. I did have a bike to p/x but their offer was slightly lower than i needed but it did not affect my buying experience .

Been away from biking for over 10 years, and the bikes and technology have moved on alot since I was last on a bike. I discussed what fears I had as a returning rider and what kind of bike I thought I wanted. Talking to Shaun was more like talking to a mate instead of a pushy salesman trying to sell you the most expensive bike in the shop. He convinced me that I'd be bored of the bike I wanted in 6 months and would be wanting more. A costly mistake I could've made because my caution and lack of confidence due to my long absence from biking. Long story short I settled on a trident 660, and to me it's a perfect mix of power, control and comfort. It's a real confidence building bike I'm absolutely loving it. So a big thankyou to Youles Blackburn and to Shaun for getting me back on two wheels. The whole process was great from start to finish, will definitely be a returning customer for all my future biking needs.

Buying a new bike isn't something I rush into, and I probably wasn't the easiest customer. I kept coming back with questions and criticisms of different bikes, including the Tiger 800 Sport and the GSX-8TT.

Shaun Wilson was patient throughout, never put me under any pressure, and was always honest. If he knew the answer, he told me. If he didn't, he didn't try to bluff his way through it, and I really appreciated that.

The whole dealership made the buying process straightforward, and everything from ordering to handover went smoothly. I'm very happy with my new GSX-S1000GX and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Saw a bike I’d been wanting for a while but unable to see the bike in person,so trusted Paul the head of sales for his opinion and ran with it,possibly a foolish approach but you have to trust someone sometimes.As it happens Paul was a star with his description and the bike was in even better condition than expected

Called in to youles Blackburn today to trade in for a speed twin 1200 rs sales guy was great straight talking had a look at my bike speed twin 1200 25 plate 6000 miles had to get Phil out for price I even have 500 pounds of extras and he offered 7800 he’s a joke says we pay more for used bikes even we buy any bikes offered more Chester triumph offered more but wouldn’t lower the price on the new 1200 r/s it’s about both parties feeling good about the deal not just you phill making a large profit I was sorry couldn’t do a deal as the sales guy was spot on and felt at ease talking to him

Exemplary customer service from John at the Manchester Shop when I had my Honda CBR600rr in for service. This is a really professional company that do a first class job both front of house and in the workshop. Communication was excellent from John who sorted out my recall work and updated my service records. The standard of work is excellent and I can tell me bike has been thoroughly checked over and inspected which is piece of mind, they even lubricated little areas of the bike that often get overlooked which really impressed me. I’ve been biking 25years but this dealer is the best I’ve used and the staff are to be commended particularly John who went the extra mile 10/10

Just got my Vespa GTS Super delivered today.
Everything done over the phone with Shaun at the Blackburn shop, very helpful & really pleased with the service provided.

Just purchased a Honda vision due to having a bad knee and struggling to get on my RE at present as a result. Purchased from Youles Honda in Manchester and can only say first class service. Everything taken care of by the sales staff efficiantly. I would also like to give a special mention to the delivery driver ( I think Dave was his name from Egerton ) who went above and beyond the call of duty getting the bike to me in NE Lancs after being stuck in bank holiday traffic for 2hrs

Just purchased a CB650R Neo Sports Cafe motorcycle.
Very pleasant and friendly staff who were great from giving me a good P/X for my old bike, and preparing the new one for handover.
At handover David explained all the functions of the dash and paired the bike to my phone for me. Also demonstrated the e-clutch function.

Just bought a year old Triumph from Youles Blackburn, dealt with Paul who was professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication, always responded to mails and had the bike serviced, additional parts fitted and ready to go as promised. Also dealt with Anna in stores who was equally as professional and helpful, nothing being too much trouble for either of them.

Visited Youles Blackburn this morning for my first service on the new bike. Fabulous customer service as always, they arranged a ride in ride out Saturday appointment for me due to work commitments. I made an enquiry about bar end mirrors for my bike whilst there, Andy was really helpful, had them in stock along with the bar end finishers, he quoted me a great price, and even managed to get them fitted for me before I left. 5* service all round which as always is the standard for the team at Blackburn.
