Jonny and the Yorkshire Fireplaces team gave us so much help - from advising us which wood burner would suit us best, to a problem free installation and helping us out with further advice. We were pleased to see the vast range available in the showroom and that by buying from them we were supporting a good Yorkshire company who are committed to their customers. Thank you.
Great service from a Fantastic team !
Ultra polite and knowledgeable and gave great advice.
Price was very competitive . They arrived on time were very polite and tidy and finished the job in no time at
all. After they left they had cleaned up and did such a good job you would not know they had been.
It really is good old fashioned service-Thankyou.

We have recently had our Chilli Penguin stove installed by Yorkshire Fireplaces. We cannot rate this company and service highly enough. From start to finish they were very polite, kind and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We are enjoying our stove very much, particularly because it has been installed during a very cold snap!
Purchased a Chesney stove a few years ago. Needed to tighten the fire door yesterday. Wanted precise info to execute this task. First contact with very helpful young lady who really tried to get the info required. Subsequent call from John who very clearly gave precise
advice for this surprisingly fiddly procedure. Job sorted. One well impressed client.
Great local store!
Went in not knowing much at all, and was helped with all the info I needed. Decided to place an order immediately, and they sorted everything for me.
Everything was delivered on time, and they were even going to wait until 8am so they didn't wake me up (who is still that polite these days!).
Chose to fit it myself, and was even given tips on the easiest way to install it.
One stop-shop of nice people, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
