Went to hire car abroad for wedding and Yonder immediately froze the funds I topped up my account with leaving me unable to leave the airport. I provided proof of funds immediately via the email I received from them but they did not unfreeze the funds for days. I had to spend an hour in the car hire office sorting additional funds to be sent to a different account that wouldn't freeze my funds just so I could leave and it was late and I was alone abroad and en route to wedding. Ended up getting charged huge FX fees and 2hr delay to journey and left huge amount out of pocket for beginning of wedding trip. I liked yonder but not anymore. Cannot rely for use abroad, which is just sad because the whole point of it is experiences and big focus on usability abroad.

It’s a very straightforward credit card. No had one single problem since I started using it

I love this credit card! It is my go to - especially when I am abroad as there are no exchange fees! Also love the fact that what I am spending is earning me free dinners and nights in hotels and its so easy to to claim the money! Last night I had a free takeaway - just what you need when its close to pay day and money is tight and so easy to use.

So far, Yonder have been great - I travel frequently and use them for foreign withdrawals and purchases. to date, I've had no issues

Yonder is fantastic. Rewards that you’ll actually use - i get so excited each month to see what is new. Their customer service is also great - no notes!

I was away on a long holiday, and when I returned, I found that my account had been closed without any prior notification or explanation. The only message I received was:
“As part of our latest review, which includes looking at credit agency data, we’ve had to make the decision to permanently close your account.”
It feels like the company simply wants customers to use their card without taking any new credit, and will close the account if they believe the customer is taking on additional credit elsewhere.

Swapped over from AMEX and glad I did. Really impressed by Yonder and especially the flexibility to spend points on things that I actually want rather than pigeonholed into some random corporate partnership that has 0 relevance to the users. Yonder partnerships are generally local to me and interesting - big thumbs up.

Just great. I’m a customer for over 2 years now. Yonder are fixing the UK credit card problem. Love it, thanks a a lot!

seamless experience from opening to using my card

I'v only been a credit card member for a few days so far moving from Tesco, but the app is really easy to use. I use the card for all my household spending so will hopefully be able to claim my rewards point pretty soon, seems like a good selection to choose from.

Horrible experience. Customer service is at a very poor standard. The app and sign-up has many technical issues which means you don't get the referral bonus you signed up for and neither does your friend. Selected to open a credit card, it automatically gives me a debit card and the app crashes every time I request to upgrade. Contacted customer service, calls are answered by AI every time. No call backs only a message in live chat by non supporting team. The same issues I've had since joining Yonder 2 weeks ago, still persist. Terrible, absolutely terrible experience. Go for AMEX, if you can't then there is Barclays Avios, Virgin Atlantic etc. So many good options out there but Yonder is not one of them. Avoid.

Yonder is an amazing product! It is my favorite financial services platform and one of my favorite apps. Yonder puts the user first, and I am behind them 100%. The user experience amazing and the customer service is also really great!

When I got the card and paid for the full Credit Membership, I was a bit sceptical regarding the travel insurance and the perks that came with it. I am very happy I got the card and all that it has done for me regarding travelling. I don't pay extra charges when paying for goods and services when abroad, and I get the best exchange rate. One of the best features is how it itemises the purchases with the dates. At the end of the day, you see what you have spent.

I have used the customer service for the insurance claim, and they were very helpful and very quick to respond to my issue. This card is my go-to card, and it has the best APR. I tell my friends about the card, and they are very impressed.

They are always adding new rewards and cities where you can use them. I know they will one day rival American Express and surpass it.
