Love yonder. Been nothing but exceptional since I came across them. Keep the service going!

Excellent experience. It was really easy to sign up with Yonder. They have a very well designed app. Their interest rate on the free credit card is low comparatively to other credit cards, plus it is free to use abroad with no foreign transaction fees. In addition, you accrue points by using your card that you can then redeem in restaurants, travel, etc. All in all very satisfied.

Easy to use app and set up was simple and no problems using Apple Pay

This product is excellent.

1. Using a Mastercard is significantly more convenient than using an American Express card.

2. The customer service team is truly professional and kind.

3. The product is impressive and, although it is still new, it will certainly continue to evolve. Some notable benefits include:
- The ability to use points toward any airline.
- The option to pay mortgage or rent via standing order, which earns points each month.
- The availability of quality experiences for point redemption.
- International card usage with exchange rates comparable to Revolut and no additional fees.
- The option to withdraw up to £200 in emergency cash worldwide without fees.
- The travel insurance and rental card coverage.

Some areas for improvement: (Though I understand that these are being addressed)

- The lack of supplementary cards for friends or family members.
- The absence of digital cards for online transactions.

Features I hope to see in the future:

1. Supplementary cards.
2. Digital cards similar to those offered by Revolut.
3. Direct debit options for utility bills.
4. A wider range of experiences and options for redeeming points on everyday items, such as groceries, fuel, and household expenses.
5. The ability to customize card designs.

These suggestions are simply refinements, as the product is already excellent and well worth switching to from American Express or other credit cards. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

Great app, friendly staff and really helpful to see everything I need to know in one app.

I find yonder an easy and accomodating credit card. With an App that is easy to follow and understand. If I have a question I send to them and they answer within 10mins. To make payments is easy and can be controlled by you as long as you make the minimum payment. You can set up direct debit. The only thing I would say is the rewards don't cover my area. In time once the company grows, so will the area. Very good that you can use the points towards payment too.

Have had the Yonder premium credit card for a few years now and if you live in London there's it's absolutely one of the best credit cards to have. They have great deals all the time and the staff are incredibly helpful if things ever go wrong with transactions. They also keep adding new features. Easily my fav card in my wallet.

I been using yonder for a while, it's too good and every time i'm getting points no too much fee for if we miss to payback on exact date.., highly recommended

Initially when i got my card it seemed it was easy to use. It let me make one purchase then blocked my card as I tried to get a cash withdrawal.
However the admin very quick to unblock but I remain unsure if I can do withdrawals.
The bank transaction page very visually pleasing and easy to navigate..No issues using card for purchasez..

NOT A RELIABALE CREDIT CARD COMPANY

Yonder froze card while I'm on holiday, Only used £185 out of £1000 credit limit.

Then yonder requested pay slips and bank statements while I'm on holiday, Useless. Why not request that info at the card application if you need it like a normal credit broker.

Got the card to use for paying for hotels, apartments and fuel while I travel on holiday. On the application I said it was to pay for holidays.

My bad for rushing to apply for a credit card; on the same day, I decided I actually needed a debit card instead. I spoke to a live chat agent who advised me that they couldn’t do a direct transfer, but I could only cancel the credit card and reapply for a debit card. They assured me I could submit a new application because my card would be cancelled immediately. I agreed and cancelled the card. I didn't think it would be an issue since my credit score is quite high. Then, the nightmare began. The application couldn't go through and showed an error. It was a Sunday, so I could only call them on Monday, as it was another nightmare communicating with the live chat agents. On Monday, I was told that because I had just cancelled my credit card, applying for a debit card immediately might cause a system error. If I had known this, I wouldn't have cancelled my credit card so easily! Great job, live chat agents! After speaking to someone on the phone, I started receiving emails from the team for follow-up, which I appreciated. They tried to escalate my application to the approval team. However, it has been a week already, and the customer service team still cannot get any update from the approval team. They don't even know if my application was received or if the team is simply overloaded with applications, which is causing longer delays (the app stated it would only take three days or less to review). Perhaps I should be glad that my application is still under review and that I still have the option to withdraw. If you're thinking about getting a card from them, be cautious. Unless your life is very boring.

Get this organization off the platform. It’s a completely useless outfit. Changing a phone number takes up to 30 days. Technical support is non-existent. I never even received my €1,500. They do whatever they want there. Your funds aren't safe. I haven't been able to get my money back since the 21st. Tech support won't engage. Remove this disgrace from the platform!!
