The staff went above and beyond to assist us to insure that we were able to book the same flights and itinerary as our friends. We’ve used YES getaways before and will use them again.

Easy with great itinerary suggestions.
Everything was east and well organized on the website. Calling with questions also quick and team very knowledgeable. Really liked ghat you could pick from selection of hotels; our hotels were all great. Only bit of confusion was one of our train tix was in Hungarian but easily figured out. Will use Yesgetaways again.

This is my fourth time having…
This is my fourth time having Yes/Azores Getaways help me with my travel plans - this time to Ireland in June 2026. Sofia Marques was so very helpful in putting everything together with the accommodations I was interested in , along with the flight , transfers and car rental. Communication back and forth directly by phone as well as email we’re always very quick and it was never a problem having a question I had to be quickly answered.

Great vacation/small glitches
our hotel room in Florence was beautifully situated within minutes of walking to all the sites and museums, restaurants and pubs.
The hotel was very helpful for information, the breakfasts were wonderful.
We had a difficult time with the rental car. Unable to get the car promised us at the airport, we rented an alternate which cost us 5 times the tour included rental price, but received a refunder the original cost. The hotel in Florence was noisy on the street all night, drunks fighting, and people telling exuberant stories , unfortunately we did not understand Pakistani so we could not appreciate the stories, etc. All three nights. Siena was a beautiful town, but the hotel was a bit farther to walk than was comfortable to get into town. We took the car, but no parking. so... we went to some "neighboring towns, enjoyed ourselves. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant and breakfast buffet.
Yes Getaways was so helpful during the auto experience. During this trip we went to the coast via Pisa, and got to climb the "leaning tower." What views!!!

Package to Nice France
We, six seniors from Toronto Canada, had amazing experience in Nice France that we booked through Yes Getaway (flights and hotel). Only thing I asked if it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle rental...and the person said yes...which I found out she said was a 4 person vehicle...misunderstanding...

Yes Getaways is great!
Flight was great (Icelandair isn’t any treat, but you know that ahead a time, and the price makes up for it.) Hotel was exactly as described, convenient, comfy, clean and located well. Morning breakfast was/ treat.
Communication was always ample and consistent. Easy to ask questions and get answers.

We especially like having the prices in canadian dollars...hotel so far have been pretty good but we would like to see more info in the write ups with regard to how close they are to train stops from the airport or other hotels...love having the transfers included from airport to hotels in some offerings..good choices so far on where to go !
