The staff went above and beyond to assist us to insure that we were able to book the same flights and itinerary as our friends. We’ve used YES getaways before and will use them again.

Recently booked a trip to France- Paris…
Recently booked a trip to France- Paris and Nice areas. We also had a 3 day excursion to Disneyland Paris.
Yes took care of everything except we could have used a transfer from our hotel in Paris to Disneyland-we had to do this on our own.
Our accommodations were great (although tiny -first time to Europe for me) .

The agent we spoke to was patient and very helpful. We were able to personalize our trip and insert modifications that worked for us (added a couple of days at an extra cost). Would definitely recommend using them for booking. Hope the actual trip goes as smoothly as booking did!

This was the first time I travelled…
This was the first time I travelled solo and was so happy to have such great help and support whenever I needed it.
I had to change a couple of things because I had a fall in Bristol and everything was fine. I would recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Another great vacation (2 weeks in France by train: Paris, Tours, Bordeaux, Toulouse) with Yes getaways. Good hotels conveniently located, at a price that fit our needs, flexible with extending the vacation so we had a better chance to explore each place. Highly recommend.

trip not until April 2026 - Happy so far
I am not going away until April 2026 but so far am very happy with service . I have called 4 times with questions and had to make a small change to spelling of name on ticket. So far easy access and less than few minute wait for someone to pick up. Able to get answers and ticket corrected immediately

Central Europe by Train
Most of the employees have been pleasant and helpful. I found if I asked consecutive questions they seemed to lose patience and ghost me. My biggest complaint with trips like this is not having complete control over flight decisions such as seat selection/upgrades. That is not a criticism of the employees. Overall, the trip booking process has been satisfactory.
