The staff went above and beyond to assist us to insure that we were able to book the same flights and itinerary as our friends. We’ve used YES getaways before and will use them again.

Soooo many issues….
Too short of layover between flights so missed the connection and had to rebook 2 more flights. Because of late arrival, we were unable to pick up the car as the office closes at 7pm. Car rental was confusing overall. The name of the rental company was not provided. The office was outside of the airport. The hotel was in a good location but did not have any staff (ie. no receptionist). There was a sign on the door to walk to a different hotel to check in. The elevator broke down while we were in it and there was no one to call. Thankfully another guest was able to help us. We will never book with Yes Getaways again.

Great trip!
Everything worked out great except for one day trip that got cancelled because of a snow storm. I would definitely use Yes Getaways again in the future.

Always wanted to go to Portugal.
I was informed about this vacation package to Portugal by Travelzoo. It was easy to book and very affordable. The details and suggested itinerary were clear and interesting. There were even add-ons suggested for more experiences.
