Trip to Switzerland
My husband and I booked a trip to Switzerland. Yes Getaways made it very easy to book this trip online. They even gave us options for flights and hotels during the process. We will more than likely use them for future travel a well.

So simple
So simple! Everything was done for us! All we had to do was follow directions on the vouchers or directions given in email communications. It made planning the trip a dream! As the trip drew near reminders were sent to us regarding preparation and when we arrived we were met with a sign with our name on it. Couldn’t have been any easier of a process! Thank you! All we did was choose our vacation and pay for it! The rest was done for us! I will use this company again when planning a vacation!

Totally enjoyed our experience!
Malta is a beautiful country to visit! The hotel was perfect, car pick up was seamless.
The only issue we encountered was the lack of assistance expected for my husband, ( he cannot walk for long distances nor stand for a long time) was not available as expected , and requested, on our departure from Toronto.
Upon our return from Malta however, the assistance was provided and greatly appreciated.
Overall, great value! I would recommend to future customers.

Mediterranean cruise
The cruise and package I purchased is a great deal with flights and hotels in the start and end locations. Yes Getaways staff was very helpful and friendly and made the process run smoothly and easily. They helped with some questions I had and upgrade requests. Can't wait for our Mediterranean cruise!

Seychelles_March 3-11-2026 Package-Before
This is prior to us leaving for Seychelles. Yes Getaways had a special for 2 people including a 5 star hotel and flights with Etihad Airlines for $3600!
This did not include transports to and from the airport in Seychelles costed us $120 for 2 ppl both ways. We are also going to have a 19 hour lay over in Abu Dhabi International airport. We got in touch with another service provider for a VIP "dinner in the dessert" for 750 AED for 2 ppl and we got a room at the Premiere Inn hotel within the Abu Dhabi International Airport for 250AED after the dessert dinner. It will be a trip with my daughter.
Ana and Adriana were excellent with our email correspondences and preparing us for the trip. I will comeback and give another review after. We are both hoping our first purchase with Yes Getaways through Travelzoo.com will be an amazing travel experience!

Excellent booking site that takes care of all the details
This is the third time we’ve used Yes Getaways for a holiday and we’ve always had a positive experience. Prices have been reasonable, the accommodation is what was expected, transfers were always waiting for us on time with courteous drivers. I’ve booked over the phone and had agents that were helpful with the details. We’ve never been able to use our credit which is disappointing. I would use them again without hesitation

Solo female traveller: Very happy with yes
Very happy with yes, getaways. Any questions I had prior to my departure, I was able to have answered in a timely fashion. While travelling, all my arrangements had been made, and were executed flawlessly. When one of my trains was canceled, I booked a bus for myself. I contacted yes getaways who refunded my credit card Immediately upon receipt of my purchase. The Companies used for airport pick up and drop off were equally as efficient and professional.

Yes Getaways - friendly and helpful so far
Yes Getaways has been very friendly and helpful during the booking process. I was able to communicate certain booking preferences and they were handled the way i requested. I've called back a time or two with questions regarding travel insurance and baggage and they've referred me to the provider. Not unexpected- they're a travel agency after all. Since this is our first time using them, I am hopeful all goes to plan.
