The staff went above and beyond to assist us to insure that we were able to book the same flights and itinerary as our friends. We’ve used YES getaways before and will use them again.

Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with. Not helpful. Horrible customer service. Blamed a company that they hired to do their job. Gave no refund for our suffering. Awful.

Easy process
This was my first time using an online travel company. My experience was good.
The agents were helpful and the process was easy. I would have given 5 stars but I wasn't told there would be an up charge when selecting my seats.
So far, everything else was great. I was emailed all documents with confirmation numbers right away.

Amazing Tour company
The consultants are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I had a question they were able to answer informatively. They have helpful suggestions and share them with you. Send out links to educate us about the area we are traveling. If they don’t have answers to questions they find out and get back to you. Great people service company. They truly want you to have an amazing trip

Awful customer service
So far dealing with Yes Getaways has only been a massive headache. God forbid you need to speak to customer service or change anything with your reservation. They will redirect you to email and then email you back once a day about important issues. That is insane considering the price of some of the packages.

some booking and customer service problems
Initially, salesperson took incorrect passport info. which I picked up on. They corrected it but then when flight changed, they did not update taxi voucher. There were many problems along the way since booking the trip and at times, it was difficult to contact customer service. Most recently, my outgoing flight time changed and I was NOT notified

Ursula and Yes Getaways provide outstanding service.
I had a wonderful experience with Yes Getaways. I found a tour package to Portugal through Travelzoo. My husband and I don’t do “tours” per say but you don’t have to with Yes. It’s just really nice to have someone arrange all the flights and accommodations for you. I highly recommend “Ursula Valadas” at extension #1044. She is very knowledgeable, accommodating and most of all responsive. It’s so rare that you find someone who really wants to make your experience unforgettable. I will use Yes getaways and Ursula for my trips in the future.
