Received my bobble head after having to pay hidden costs. Thoroughly disappointed, no likeness whatsoever to photo given. Wrote review and was contacted by Tom who promised me he would rectify this and get his best sculptor on it!! Outcome was fit only for the bin!! How do these people get away with this! Not a cheap purchase and so upsetting as was a graduation gift for my daughter. Money is tight for most at the moment so shame on this company for freely wasting mine. Would love to be able to show the picture of it!!

Really great how they make the head. You always get a photo with the result. They adjust things according to your instructions and you get another photo. They respond quickly to your email with questions. Do their best to ship things on time. I am super satisfied, are also very friendly.

Niemals da eine Figur kaufen ,wir wollten sie verschenken aber die Figur sieht nicht im Ansatz so aus wie wir sie bestellt haben.ich rate jeden von einem kauf ab , wenn man sie zurück schicken will oder das viele Geld was man für das Teil bezahlt hat .zurück fordert reagieren die gar nicht.also kaufr da nicht

A Replacement Figure finally arrived today and I have to say I’m really happy with the end result. After a very shaky start, 14 very long weeks and several emails later I finally got what I paid for. Tom and Yes Bobbleheads turned a bad situation around and came through for me in the end and I can’t wait to give it to the person it was intended for.

Absolutely love this the bobblehead we ordered. We ordered a personalized one and the team made sure at each step that I was happy with the progress and even made some extra changes for me on request. I cant wait to give it to my husband for his birthday. The team had great communication despite the distance, time zones and Covid -19 lockdowns! The shipping was quick and tracked and item packed safely. Cant express how pleased I am :)

So got a deal on scoopon to get 2 custom pet bobbles. Supplied photos and got the proofing back for the sculpt which didn't look too bad, though was also hard to tell from just a grey clay base. Once it was moulded and coloured it became obvious it wasn't crafted with any care in mind and nothing even resembling a professional product. We immediately requested a refund which took an entire month of bickering and still had the gall of taking keeping $138 USD for their 'efforts'.

My custom made bubblehead arrived quickly, with tracking information throughout, very well packed and the doll itself is perfect with accuracy, I recommend to take the unlimited proofing aid as small details made to order make all the difference, 5 stars all round, used Groupon which saved me £50 from the total of just under £100 for all the specifications, really pleased.

They did everything promised and consulted at every stage. The dispatch was very quick after i signed off on the final proof and the product is quite representative of our dogs.

Great product, well made.
I highly suggest paying the extra cost to be able to see the product through the different stages. Excellent communication.
Be aware that photos may not show the true colours to the manufacturer, so it is good to be able to accept/decline the product along the way to get it exactly how you like it.
Postage was no problem with a good tracking guide.
