They are a scam. The customer number i was given is for a "Academic Driving School".

I placed my order back in August and paid mare than $200 for a figurine that looks so cheap I’m honestly embarrassed to give it as a gift. It’s still sitting on my desk because I can’t bring myself to actually give it to anyone.

I had to return it twice. The first version had a face that looked nothing like the photos I sent. Even after the corrections, the final result still looked cheap, poorly made, and nowhere near the quality they advertise.

The materials feel low-grade, the craftsmanship is rough, and the overall finish is just shockingly bad. For this price, I expected something at least decent. What I received was absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Brad and the customer service team are excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. We had an issue caused by the shipping company and Brad jumped right on it to recreate two bobbleheads and send them out in time for the holidays. I would definitely recommend them.

I payed a huge sum for special requests and unlimited proofs. They didn’t put the Name on the base that I asked and the size was half the size I payed and requested. Utterly disappointed. I will use another company next time. They told me that even though I ordered the 16 inch size, bc it was a sitting pose it would be more like 12 inches. It is 7-8 inches. This is a huge difference for paying the extra money for so many mistakes. Never again!!!😖😡😖

YES BOBBLEHEADS sent my bobblehead figures without my confirmation to go ahead and post,
and without fulfilling all my requested amendments either,
as they kept on dismissing most of my amendments, or amending incorrectly,
plus they continued to request more money to continue with further amends,
but I refused to pay more, as I had already paid extra originally for unlimited amendments,
so you would expect them to follow my requests, plus the amends were down to their own incompetence!!
I would have to wait weeks and weeks for any amendments to be done,
had to keep emailing them to request my amends to be fulfilled,
which turned into months, after each amend, due to incompetence,
it has been a total nightmare to deal with this company, very, very stressful process,
I did request a refund, as I felt they were unable to achieve the same quality advertised on their website,
due to poor artist skills, but they refused my refund,
I wrote lengthy emails of complaint, but they just dismissed my complaints,
their quality and service is very, very poor, please do not waste your money using this company,
I threw away my Bobblehead figures,
as I was embarrassed to give them as presents for the persons modelled, nothing like them at all,
they did not even achieve the correct hair colouring, at the very least!
I’m so very upset and angry about the whole process, I wish I’d had a chosen another company...

I was a bit concerned that I couldn’t track my order but your terrific team, Brad in particular, responded very quickly, established that I had received an incorrect tracking number so I was able to see that my parcel has apparently arrived in NZ already! 👏🏻. I am very impressed.

4-6 weeks turnaround they tell people... I ordered mine 2nd Nov, it arrived in Feb! And the quality was terrible! The communication was awful, they would take weeks, at one stage a month, to reply to your requested changes (figures looked nothing like pictures). Photos on proofing were from far away and in bad lighting, so couldnt see the fine details, when it FINALLY arrived the painting was bad, some spots actually not painted!

I was impressed by the great and professional service. I made some mistakes in my address when ordering and the team were very happy to oblige. It was a present for my mom and she loved it!

Wir wollten ein Hochzeitsgeschenk für unsere Freunde. Die Figur hatte schon Ähnlichkeit allerdings wurden unsere Wünsche nicht wirklich umgesetzt. Es hat sehr viel Geld gekostet. Das würde ich nicht nochmal so machen. Als ich reklamiert habe konnte ich zumindest einen Rabatt aushandeln. Ich rate jedoch nicht zu viel Vorfreude und Wert auf die Figuren zu legen. Wir schenken es als Karikatur und kleinen Gag zur Hochzeit. Schade....

Just received the bobblehead of my daughter. I am absolutely delighted with it! The likeness is soooo good and I was contacted at each stage to give approval or change things. The whole process has been fantastic and I highly recommend this product to anyone who has ever contemplated it.

The doll itself is quite good with likeness and I am generally very happy with it.
Communication was pretty difficult as I was having to repeat the same request several times which caused significant delay.
In the end I agreed just to have it here for Christmas and painted on some details myself at home.
The head isn't centred which I mentioned before it got sent out and so rests on a tilted side.
I purchased this from Groupon where it states larger items such as a guitar are subject to fee, but on the site I had to pay £10 for glasses which are essentially just painted on so that was a huge disappointment at that cost.
Also delivery was mentioned as being £9.99 for a single custom, however on site this jumps up to around £25ish.
