I needed help with receiving the setup email, I received a response quickly from the support team who managed to locate my purchase that I had accidently set up against another email. They were very responsive in resolving my issue quickly, great support team.

I had a bit of trouble with my phone which wasn’t identifying the eSIM, and so the Globie team responded instantly (literally within like 2 minutes) and sorted it out super fast. It’s very rare for an eSIM provider to have this easy and this rapid response so I appreciate all the effort put in to make the customer experience perfectly smooth and I will 100% be using Globie in the future.

Their 5G data in Thailand works well. It's fast and reliable and the installation only took about a minute for me. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling there.

Just landed in Germany and had issues activating my eSIM (probably due to wifi at airport). The support team is easy to reach which is HUGE!!! I just replied to their email and help was very quick to respond. They guided me step by step through the process and was very knowledgeable in terms of what was the issue and resolved very quickly!! I now have service/data (FULL bar!!!) and was able to reach out to my fam and use my phone. I have trued other eSIM providers and they suck, takes forever to activate and poor customer service (where you email and they take forever to get back to you) Thanks again!!! I’m going to be using Globie moving forward and will spread the word to my traveler friends!!
