If I could give Monique 10 stars I would. She is the only reason we got our home!! She is such a huge part of our journey. We wouldn't be where we are today without her and we can't say thankyou enough. We had other brokers loose us our dream house and then Monique came to the rescue and we were able to purchase it after our contract lapsed. She didn't only help get us a loan in 1 week she also convinced the realestate to cancel the home opens so we didn't have to go through another bidding war.

Afew teething problems with paying off loan due to portal problems, All in all pretty good they need to adress all problems when bought to their attention a bit quicker. The loan company they used could not accept the payments through the portal because of the way the account had been set up.
