Excellent design and cool materials plus easy to order with free delivery. Not receuved as yet so cannot comment on time factor but hopefully efficient.

I am writing this review to warn everybody not to order from this website.

The dress I received looked COMPLETELY different from what was advertised on the website. The color was different, the fabric was cheap and poor quality, and the entire shape and volume of the dress looked nothing like the photos. Even the details were completely different. The “spaghetti straps” shown in the pictures arrived looking like dirty shoelaces.

The dress also had a very unpleasant smell and arrived squashed into a tiny plastic bag with awful packaging. There were no tags attached, no proper presentation, and no return/refund paperwork included at all.

This website presents itself as a premium London fashion brand with very expensive dresses, so I expected a much higher standard of quality and customer service.

Delivery was also misleading. The website stated up to 8 working days, but my order took over 3 weeks to arrive.

The worst part has been the customer service. The website claims to offer a 30-day refund policy, but once I requested a refund and asked for return instructions, they stopped responding to my emails. Instead of processing the refund, they offered me an 80% store credit voucher, which I declined because I no longer trust this company or its products.

I just want to warn other customers before they waste their money. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people not to order from this website.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. It is not based in London as the name suggests. The dress I ordered was cheap Chinese-quality material and not as advertised, and the delivery took far too long. I emailed to arrange a return and got no reply, and the phone number provided doesn’t even work. Terrible customer service and no proper way to contact them. I would not recommend buying from this company.

There’s something effortlessly stylish about the blazer and shorts set, especially how clean the silhouette looks when worn together. The fabric feels decent and holds its shape well, although I was hoping for a slightly more premium finish. The website made browsing easy, and placing the order didn’t take long. Packaging was neat and everything arrived in good condition. A nice set, just shy of perfect.

Awful material, sizing and overall look of the dress. SHEIN would have been x10 better! Never have I seen a dress so badly put together. 100% would NEVER recommend.

Very deceiving website. The fabric, the cut and the finish is nothing like what you see on the pictures. Takes a while to receive as it comes directly from China. In their return policy they state the customer will have to pay for the return but there is no mention of having to use a specific courier or paying for a handling. They now said it cost me €29.95 to return the product. Very angry at the lack of transparency. I requested to return the product more than 2 weeks ago and still waiting for them to issue the label so I can return it.
Yet another online company that is not trust worthy, nor for their products or service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very satisfied with my order. The fit is flattering and the style is really nice. Quality feels reliable and well put together. Shipping was fast and packaging was tidy. Customer service was responsive when I reached out.

honestly... the one-shoulder jumpsuit is actually really flattering 🥰 fabric feels comfy and moves nicely, just thought it would be a bit more structured tbh... ordering was smooth tho, got tracking updates which I liked

Do not buy from these people, they sent me a completely different dress to what I ordered and if you want to return they charge €29.95 handling charge 🤬 All they do is buy from SHEIN or the same place as SHEIN and add their bit to it and what you get is nothing like they advertise, I’ve had better dishrags! Don’t waste your money! I have been emailing regarding this but have got nowhere!
