Very deceiving website. The fabric, the cut and the finish is nothing like what you see on the pictures. Takes a while to receive as it comes directly from China. I their return policy they state the customer will have to pay for the return but there is no mention of having to use a specific courier or paying for a handling. They are charging me €29.95 to return the product. Very angry at the lack of transparency. I requested to return the product more than 2 weeks ago and still waiting for them to issue the label so I can return it.
Yet another online company that is not trust worthy, nor for their products or service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

IGNORE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Products arrive from china not the UK and they ignore your request for postage details to return. Try to get you to pay a €29 handling fee or 30% refund. Complete scam

Do not buy from these people, they sent me a completely different dress to what I ordered and if you want to return they charge €29.95 handling charge 🤬 All they do is buy from SHEIN or the same place as SHEIN and add their bit to it and what you get is nothing like they advertise, I’ve had better dishrags! Don’t waste your money! I have been emailing regarding this but have got nowhere!

Wouldn’t even rate this company a 1 - absolute scam! The dress received is shocking quality and never been a size 12 been emailing them for the last 2 weeks to send returns information which they just keep ignoring. The last time I get scammed by one of these fraudulent companies!

I purchased an item from yamira London. The item took quite a while to be delivered. The item looked nothing like the picture and was of very poor quality. I wanted to return the item for a full refund, however was told it would cost €29.95 to return the item. Yamira London offered me a 30% refund which I have accepted as it would cost me more to send the item back. Overall I would not recommend this company.

Stay well away. The site needs to be closed down. My story is very similar to others. Took well over a month to receive an item that looked like it had come off a market stall. I’ve had over 20 emails back-and-forth with them trying to get this sorted they will never refund you. And if you want to return something they’ll make up a handling fee to suit them. I’m actually considering taking them to court. Everything on their website is complete nonsense. They make it look all lovely with beautiful Yamira London labelled clothing, this is not the case be warned you will receive something that doesn’t have any labels and it will come from China.
