If I could give a one star review I would. 20 emails later , cheap fabric wrong size and then they refuse to refund. DO NOT buy anything from Yamara. They are scammers and have basically ripped me off. I have a pile of cheap material that is only suitable for dust rags.problem is I paid good money for it 😕

Complete scam - do not trust the positive reviews!
I ordered the blazer & short set thinking it was coming from London given the trading name.
First of all my order wasnt found, support quickly rectified it so I thought, ok maybe its not a scam company. However, the item arrived 2 weeks later, I wouldnt even use it for rags, its the cheapest, tackiest clothing I've ever seen...£30!!!!
Emailed the support email for a refund and guess what, Delivery failure notice, I'm guessing they've blocked my email address. I am so angry that people can get away with this!!!
I really hope my review stops anyone else from buying from them. I wouldnt even put this outfit in charity, its that bad!!!

I bought a red dress i think about two weeks ago i have emailed them about seven times and i haven’t received a answer from them .Its also not even telling me when it gonna arrive.

Not seen this website before and so pleased it came up on Google search and if the quality is as good as it looks I can't wait to receive my shoes and buy more from you. Thankyou in advance ☺️

Good customer service

Bought an item for 19.95 and have to pay a handling fee of 19.95 to return the item! Ultimately no better off for returning the item. Absolute scam! The item could be purchase for amazing £10 cheaper!

Ordered 2 dresses on 23/4/26 I have never received them. I have contacted the company on numerous times to get a an update on the order and now to get a refund, with no success.
Very disappointed with this company & terrible customer service.
Would not buy from them again.

I bought two sweaters that were supposed to be oversized. They could fit a mouse. They say you will refund you 30% of the item and then never get back to you. I have chased several times. Big Scam website!

DO NOT ORDER!! VERY VERY POOR QUALITY OF CLOTHING FOR WHAT I PAID. MATERIAL IS SO THIN AND CHEAP and came all CREASED AND NIT PROPERLY PACKAGED, I WON'T BE WEARING IT! This is yet another Asian company posing as a British brand. The website assures that they'll accept returns but they charge £19.95 upfront to send back for a refund. Just be transparent- don't use .co.uk if you're based in China!!

I absolutely love this dress for my graduation! Was free delivery and reaonably priced!

DO NOT BUY!! The company sends cheaply and badly made products from China. I would never choose to buy products from abroad. They ignored my return emails and only replied when I threatened reporting them. Then they continued to ignore me. Loss of money. TERRIBLE!!!

This company take 3+ weeks to deliver clothes which when arrive are cheap and poor material.
They also ignore any emails for returns.

This company is being investigated by Trading Standards, rightly so, look at all of the 1* reviews.

Please don't use this website. They are quite convincing in their claim that they're London based but they are very much NOT. The items I ordered came from China and the quality wasn't great. The worst thing though is that when you contact them to organise a return, they don't answer emails or enquiries via their contact form, and the phone number on their website is fake.

I would AVOID this company at ALL costs ! Absolute FRAUDS! I made an order on 3rd may! From this scamming place. Which gives false advertisements!claiming to be a company from london. When infact their items come from china. Which doesn't state that anywhere on their website. I still havent recived my item which was for an event which had passed. Their still in transit. Its now 19th of may and I havent heard nothing. I've sent 3 emails and still haven't had a reply. Absolutely shocking. Never ever again will I eve order from these frauds again. No customer service nothing. Its a joke and a scam. avoid!!!! Unless you want to be misslead and ignored!!!!!
