Regarding your previous communication, the manager has sent me emails concerning my case, stating that they have already provided IELTS coaching and job search services, which I had not requested. I had paid for the Canada PR pilot program, but they are now refusing a refund, claiming I utilized these services. However, I have never used these services and have provided proof that I emailed them expressing my disinterest in their online IELTS classes, which I found to be unsatisfactory after a demo session. It felt as though someone was simply conducting a Zoom meeting while teaching other students in person, which I found to be quite ineffective. It is rather unreasonable to charge me for services I never used or even requested, and I have not progressed with my Canada PR pilot process. Shashank has just created my ECS account and field my personal details for ECS which my friend has done his self. I follow up for ECS myself, which is not a complex task, and I have indeed completed it independently. I was responsible for updating my own information and paying my ECS fees. I paid fees my self. Therefore, please do not assume everyone is easily misled. I believe the primary issue stems from Aakash, who I feel misguided both my friend and me. The service provided was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend it to anyone. If anyone requires further information, please feel free to contact me, and I will gladly share all relevant proof. I urge you to exercise caution before making any payments for services with Y-Axis, especially if you encounter the names Aakash, Anuja, or Shashank.

You enrolled on 31st May 2024 for the Canada PR Full Service (RCIC – GBP package), and since then, our team has actively worked on your case. Several key services have already been delivered, including:
Issuance of your Canada Evaluation Report and a complete document checklist.
Guidance on ECA (Education Credential Assessment), resulting in your Master’s equivalency.
Complimentary IELTS coaching and Job Search Services (JSS).
Registrations under multiple Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) such as Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Prince Edward Island.
Job Bank registration and sharing of job application resources.
Guidance on Caregiver and other Canada PR program pathways.
We would like to clarify that eligibility for Canada PR is strictly based on IRCC requirements, which include achieving the minimum IELTS band score. Since the IELTS requirement was not met, the process could not move forward to the next stage. This is an external factor beyond our control and does not make the case eligible for a refund, as services promised and contracted have been delivered in full.
Our focus has always been to provide you with maximum support, guidance, and access to multiple immigration pathways. While a refund is not applicable in this case, our team remains available to guide you further should you wish to reattempt IELTS or explore alternative programs.

Avoid this company. I paid £2,800 for my Canada PR process and signed an agreement. After more than one year, there has been no meaningful progress. They do not respond to my calls or emails, and I have not received a refund despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I feel I was misled and I do not recommend this company.

MISLEADING SERVICE, FALSE PROMISES, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, AND ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
I strongly advise people to look beyond the 5-star reviews and carefully read the negative reviews before spending any money with Y-Axis.
I have been a customer for more than six months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Most of the consultants I dealt with appeared to have very limited knowledge of the UK job market and current UK work visa requirements. Since the team operates from India, I expected them to have reliable UK-based support and expertise, but that was not my experience at all.
The salesperson who initially convinced me to sign up could not answer basic questions about UK work visas and sponsorship. After I raised concerns, I was assigned to another consultant who could answer some questions, but many of the promises made during the sales process turned out to be unrealistic or misleading.
One of the biggest issues was the job application service. I was repeatedly told that applications had been submitted on my behalf, but the links and information provided often appeared questionable. It felt like I was being given generic or inaccurate information rather than genuine support. They also seemed unable to clearly identify which UK employers actually provide visa sponsorship.
Unfortunately, I referred four other people to Y-Axis based on the promises I was given. Not one of them secured a job through this service, and they experienced many of the same issues regarding job applications and lack of transparency.
Several of us requested a call from a manager to discuss our concerns, but despite repeated requests, no manager ever contacted us. When problems were raised, accountability was nowhere to be found.
My advice to anyone considering Y-Axis is simple record every phone call, keep copies of all emails and messages, and ask for written proof of every claim they make. If you are promised job applications, ask for verifiable evidence.
I also find it concerning that many of the 5-star reviews appear to come from newly created accounts with little or no review history. Please read the 1 star review because those are the real ones.
NO MATTER WHAT PROMISES ARE MADE DURING THE SIGN-UP PROCESS, DO NOT EXPECT ANY REFUND. IN MY EXPERIENCE, THEY WERE UNWILLING TO RETURN A SINGLE PENNY, EVEN WHEN THE SERVICE FAILED TO DELIVER WHAT WAS PROMISED.
IN MY EXPERIENCE, Y-AXIS FAILED TO DELIVER WHAT WAS PROMISED. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, AND DO NOT FALL FOR FLASHY ADVERTISEMENTS OR UNREALISTIC GUARANTEES.
