🚨 SERIOUS WARNING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH Y-AXIS UK & AKASH CHARLIE 🚨
I am sharing this review to warn others about my personal experience with Y-Axis UK Consultancy and a person named Akash Charlie.
I was promised assistance with my Canada PR process and was given assurances with a lot of confidence. Based on those representations, I paid £1,300. I have supporting evidence of the payment, including receipts, emails and chat conversations.
After receiving my payment, I was told that my application “cannot proceed.” Despite repeatedly trying to contact Akash, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution or a refund. I also asked for his manager’s contact details, but this was not provided.
What concerns me even more is what happened with my negative review.
After I posted a negative review, Akash contacted me and told me, in substance, that if I deleted the review, they would either continue my process or refund my money.
I trusted that assurance and deleted my review.
Unfortunately, after I deleted the review, the promised resolution did not happen. My process was not completed, my money was not refunded, and communication again became extremely difficult.

• Messages regarding the promise to continue the process or issue a refund
⚠️ MY WARNING TO OTHERS
Before paying any money to a consultancy, I strongly recommend that you:
• Get every promise and commitment in writing.
• Verify exactly what service you are paying for.
• Ask for clear refund terms before making payment.
• Keep copies of every email, message and payment receipt.
• Do not delete a negative review based only on a verbal or written promise of a refund or service unless the matter has actually been resolved.
I am posting this because I do not want anyone else to experience what I experienced.
I am not making this post based on hearsay — I have documentation relating to my own transaction and communications.
I would encourage Y-Axis UK and Akash Charlie to provide a clear explanation of what happened to my £1,300 and, if they believe my account is incorrect, to publicly clarify the matter with supporting evidence.
Until this matter is properly resolved, I would personally advise people to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any payment.
I will be sharing my experience on relevant review and social platforms so that other potential customers can make an informed decision.
