We sincerely apologise for the delay with your order. As reflected in our communication, we had confirmed the delivery address and even followed up with the courier regarding the collection and delivery. Unfortunately, the courier was unable to locate the address on their initial attempt, which resulted in the delivery taking longer than expected.
We completely understand your frustration, especially with the order ultimately taking two weeks to arrive. We’re pleased that the order has now been delivered, but we apologise for the inconvenience and the delay caused during the courier process.
We are also reviewing this with the courier to help prevent similar delivery issues in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Haven't received package
Haven't received package. Shows multiple collection failure attempts.
Edit date 28-08-2026. Still haven't received package, at one point I was lucky enough to speak to someone that changed the story that all the items were broken and they could offer me a refund. I still haven't received my refund either. Now the phone is permanently engaged and the Whatsapp AI has generic response only.
It's been close to a month now.

We sincerely apologise for the delay with your delivery. As discussed, we have confirmed that the courier made collection attempts outside of our business operating hours, which resulted in the collections being unsuccessful.
We are currently rebooking the collection with the courier and will be following up to make sure it is successfully collected and gets moving as soon as possible.
