Delivery

I order battery cells then after a week I get an email stating my order was canceled and I dont get any feedback from anyone. When I sent a dm on WhatsApp no one answered me for hours. After that I waited longer than a month asked again when my cells would arrive they said it had already arrived. After I picked up and tested the cells one of them didnt even work and was completely dead. I sent another dm on WhatsApp stating my issue they said they would sort it out and get me a replacement. Im still waiting for my replacement and they never answered my last question 😒

Efficient service delivery

For starters the battery arrived earlier than I expected and I must say that its affordable for a 584 in other brands plus an indicator making it easier to spot if the battery has any issues

Poor service and no delivery

I bought a lithium.solar battery,12v life P04 on 28 June 2026.They never kept their promise. They promised to come back to me but they never do.They have never delivered. I haven't received the battery I.have ordered.0n 4th August 2026 I demanded a refund but they said I must allow for 5 days before the money will show on my account. Today, no money has been paid back.
Now I keep calling them but they promise to come back.to me. Now when I go back to them I get referred to a very sweet talking answering machine. They will not come back to me. Very poor service.and communication So, no refund and no battery todate.
