After posting my original review, Wydr got in touch with me and assisted me in returning the incorrect shoes. My order was refunded and postage was also refunded. They were very apologetic. I would still say they have issues responding to emails and seeing/reading previous emails. I'm not sure what it's like on their side, but it felt like even though I always replied within the same email thread, they never seemed to read or acknowledge the previous comms. It was only when I posted on here that they responded to me. I think the exchange process needs an overhaul, like a printout form or something, as this whole issue was caused from mis-read emails. Overall, I'd still order from them if I didn't anticipate needing to return/exchange anything.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11th of April. I realised before they arrived that I had meant to order a different style but the same print (leopard). I emailed them on 26th of April to ask what I should do, and if I could exchange them. They confirmed I could exchange them after several follow ups on 11th of May. They ask you to pay for postage and they will reimburse you which is awkward. I sent through postage receipt on May 16th, and I was only just reimbursed on 20th of June after they asked me to send through the receipt again and I followed up several times.
They then re-sent the original shoes, even though I put in a handwritten note in the returned shoe box of the size and style I wanted to exchange for, in addition to stating this via email. It's now almost July, and they've since left me 'on read', refusing to respond to my emails asking what to do with this pair of shoes that they've sent me that I don't want. They seem to not be able to read email threads. I've sent them over 14 emails across two different threads and have heard nothing back except for that they have processed the postage reimbursement (and conveniently not replying to me asking for an update). Very disappointing.

The shoes are really stylish and are comfy even with my bunion. They do seem a little long (probably because most of my shoes are too narrow). It would be good if delivery could be speeded up

This company is great I had ordered these 2 bow sandals colors in 10 ww , they were to long for foot, the width is great so I returned them and reordered my size 9ww. The return process is a bit of a wait but the customer service is great and takes a few days to respond but it is worth it when you have wide feet. These sandals are super cute and girly which I love. My normal shoes size is 10 wide 2E in other shoes . So a 9ww fit my foot perfect . Thank you for making these cute shoes and sandals . On June 4th 2026 I ordered 2 different sandals the second time (1 black bow) and (black mia wedge)after returning the original 2 that were too big, the black bow sandals arrived about 12/13days later. As for the second pair didn't ship until June 14 , and now it's out for delivery which is a total 20 days for the mia black wedge sandal just fyi keep in mind it is super slow shipping sometimes . If you need shoes for next month you buy them now . Or else you will be like me waiting and checking that email order every day .

I've ordered from Wydr three times now, and have been very happy with the shoes each time. I am a true size 6WW, and it's amazing how difficult it is to find shoes to fit! The platform soles mean the heels aren't actually as high, which takes the pressure off my knees, and I love the great foot support and cushioning in the soles. I did have to take the Stella platform sandals to my local shoe repair place and have them insert an elastic extension to the ankle strap, but that's not a complaint about the shoes. The only negative I can comment on is that I had ordered the Donna platform sandals with rush shipping, and they arrived several days late, which was very frustrating. But I have taken the lesson to allow extra shipping time, and I'm so happy with the shoes that I'm not going to hold the shipping issue against the company. My most recent purchase was the Rosie sandals, and I'm already getting plenty of use out of them. I was worried that the vegan leather would cause blisters, but so far, so good. Will probably be putting in another order any day now!

I took a chance after seeing Wydr advertised on Instagram. I didn't think I had particularly wide feet but I prefer a wide toe box so I have been searching for wider fit shoes. The size chart was very detailed and help me see my foot measument fits perfectly in Wydr's size 9. I loved the style options available and think they're very trendy, unlike a lot of ortho-friendly brands. I ordered a pair of shoes, received them quickly, and was pleasantly surprised to see shoe inserts included. I'm glad they were, as I needed a little more space filled in the arch area of my foot for a comfortable fit. I wore my new shoes two days in a row with total comfort, no blisters, and a few compliments earned. These feel like a good value purchase and I will likely be a repeat customer.

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals…2 are the same, just different colors. I absolutely love them! Very cute and comfortable. Definitely order a size down. I didn’t listen and had to return and re-order. However, customer service responded in a day and were helpful. Only thing that would be better is faster shipping!

I ordered shoes from Wydr Studios, order #37669. The package was delivered on June 4, 2026. The shoes did not fit, so I requested return labels on June 6, June 10, and June 12—well within the stated return window.

The shoes are unworn and in the original packaging, but I have received no response or return instructions. I am disappointed because I am simply trying to make a timely return and receive the refund promised under the company’s return policy.

I will update this review if Wydr provides the return label and resolves the refund promptly.

This is the first show I've purchased that actually feels comfortable on my feet and I could wear for several hours. I'm certainly buying another pair!

I LOVE my shoes! The we comfortable from day one! The leather is soft but still has structure to provide support. I can comfortably wear my orthotics in them as the shoe isnt shallow.

The size chart is extensive, having multiple parts of the foot to measure makes ordering easier. The customer service team are really helpful with answering sizing questions too.

I will be buying again! I would love sandals with a removable innersole to fit orthotics into, as they are hard to find in a wide fitting.

I did have to reach out to customer service due to a delivery issue with my order (not Wydr’s fault) and they were very helpful with figuring out next steps and were great at communicating. The Instagram team is also incredibly helpful. The shoes are such great quality and comfortable. I live in NYC so I walk a lot and need supportive footwear. So excited to have quality shoes that don’t squeeze my feet and are supportive and comfortable.

I have very wide feet and these shoes fit perfectly! I am extremely happy with my purchase - high quality and they feel great!

I love Wydr shoes! They are the only heels I have worn that actually comfortable to walk around in and be in for hours. I did have to figure out the sizing (i usually wear 11w but here I where 10WW) but once I got that down they were a perfect fit! They great quality and I often get compliments!

These shoes are such great quality and extremely comfortable. I have wider feet, so it’s hard to find comfortable heels, but these I could stand in for hours with no issue, and they’re easy to walk in. The shipping is also quick!

I paid for express shipping. I had to follow up with them 5 business days after the order was placed. Item finally arrives (late) without the "freebies" promised to be included. The shoes fit funny despite using a proper shoe sizer. I sent an email requesting a return label. Waited a few days and followed up again. Customer service is too poor for mediocre shoes. Keep the $15 and refund me my money for the shoes I sent back.

I've only ordered once from Wydr so far, but I was very happy with the sandals I purchased--comfortable and so much more stylish than most of what's out there for wide feet! They arrived quickly, nicely packaged, and I appreciated the care instructions. I have not had to deal with returns or customer service yet, but I will definitely order again.

I ordered my first pair of shoes from Wydr recently and I am impressed with the quality of the sandals. They actually fit my wide feet!! Sometimes, shoes say that they are wide but when I try them on, they barely fit! I ordered a pair of sandals and they came beautifully packaged. They are pricey (to me) but that is to be expected for good quality shoes. So far the shoes have been comfortable to walk in and I have received plenty of compliments on them. I ordered the Bria Low Platform sandals. I will definitely be ordering more shoes from this brand!

I have had excellent service with WYDR. My recent order did not fit well and they were out of the next size up so I just decided to get a refund . The shoes are amazingly comfortable I hope to find another pair that I like soon
