Don't trust them
The service I have received has been so terrible. I paid for my bone conduction headphones on the 26th of January. I only today the 8th of February have been told they have been shipped. They ignored my requests for a refund which I asked for after the first ten days of paying aswell as not being clear with there answers. But I understood they had not shipped them yet as they did not notify me as such but said they are coming. I feel this company is a fraud in many ways.....there lat at email says they have already been shipped thats why they can't refund me but I asked for a refund long before they shipped them as they themselves said they would let me know when they had been sent. So now they write to make it appear they had been shipped before which is a lie they just want to make it harder for me to get my refund. If I am wrong then so be it but after all the emails if I am wrong then they still have a terrible service
