I ordered what appeared a great rechargeable torch, put it on charge, worked fine plugged in but not when removed from charge only to find there were no batteries fitted !!! No instructions or information in the box.

Ordered off Google and order number provided, however, their UK landline (mobile) is invalid. The postal address doesn't exist. 24/7 live chat is dead and emails are unresponsive.

I bought a GPS tracker from them they are still refusing to refund the money and the item's not working the constantly asking me to send videos so the refund time would be exceeded still tring dont buy with them

Am Vivian Mensah,a student from UniversityofAberdeen, I ordered for V -shape sculpting device for the cost of 55 pound for a month now the parcel is not delivered so I mailed the so-called the zt brand but rather gave me tracking number to unlock my items by inviting me to pay 29.90 pound monthly subscription before I can track my parcel,
Please I would like to draw the attention of the appropriate authorities to do something about this situation,

I wish I could rate them 0 stars, but unfortunately not an option. This brand is TERRIBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me a falsely advertised product, in description it says it comes with all parts, then messaged them saying a few parts are missing, I got no apology, no one offering to send parts, and was told ‘you have to buy them separate’, they took days to respond, so I couldn’t even return within the 15 days, so never even got refunded. TERRIBLE BRAND, run by terrible people, please everyone save urself the money.

Awful company. Bought smart watch that was faulty. Customer helpline is actually an ignored mobile phone number. Poor customer service, had to send photo's of faulty item, then had to send back at my cost, and then had the audacity to charge a handling and re-stocking fee, which is against online shopping regulations. No watch and cost me for the hassle. Then ignored follow up emails. DO NOT buy from this store. I repeat, awful company.

I ordered a nested pillow bed for my baby and received a cheap, mattress-less dog bed made of a synthetic stuffing and different fabric from the product details.
The product details are no longer even available on their website. When the order dispatched it stated it was from China although they appear to be a UK based brand.

They clearly took their product photos from another brand. The product came to just over £ 62 pounds, not only do I need to pay for the return, but they are only going to refund £50.33.

I provided photos of the product received against the product they advertised, and they claim they are the same.

I'm disgusted by this lack of customer service, product quality and experience overall. I wish I would've done research before ordering from this company.

dont waste time trying for a refund or replacement. write it off as a bad experience and move on with your life. read all previous reviews and accept you are dealing with scammers

Don't use ztbrands... I purchased 2 trackers for my car, trailer, the instructions were useless and we're in a language which didn't make sense, I emailed them to say I have sent them back, to the address on their website, they emailed me back to say because it was a different address to return them, and they wouldn't refund me, I've emailed again to say why put this address on Yr website, under returns section, if its not an address linked to your business, they still refuse to return my items or refund my money, or help resolve the issue, absolutely disgusting... I'm fuming!

Ordered a car tracker (for my horsebox trailer) and managed to set it up with the help of YouTube videos. You needed a sim card and a memory card).Then it broke. Kept repeatedly ringing my mobile until its battery died 60 mins later and told me the trailer was 5 miles away in the middle of a common but I could see it same place as always. No refund, no promise of refund. Money gone. Didn't cost enough to claim under section 75. Avoid. Total scam artists.

Had a dodgy email the next day from someone claiming to be the co-owner. NO responses to email, no signs of delivery and telephone number is invalid. Please don't order anything from this site or facebook site.

All started when I have decided to return the product due to pictures provided on site were showing it smaller then really is. I have contact ZTbrand by email and got a reply straight away. After a few exchange emails I informed that I still want to return the product due to being too big for my purposed use (pictures misleading the size of it ) and requested return address. Emails have just stopped from their end. I have sent a few emails daily as well as leaving messages on their online chat. My last email stated this will be my last attempt and will contact bank and Financial Ombudsman Service. Got a reply same day with the same request as we started, why I want to return, to send pictures of product, etc. Please keep in mind they request the return has to have a tracking number( i paid almost £7 for a small box) and also an admin fee will be deducted of 20% from your price paid.(my case another£4 ) I just lost £11 for a £23 product just to return it. Product has arrived 5 days(working) ago and still no refund processed.
Please make sure if you buy a product you want to keep it as returns are a nightmare and waste of monies. I find it unfair for the buyer, reason why I will never buy from this company again. They make monies either way,

bought a product from them, which arrive with no QR code or ID number, therefore unable to use it. They offered me a reduced refund and expect me to pay for the return.

GPS tracker that doesn't work ,it's not GPS it picks up phone masts so it is not accurate ,it doesn't work on 4g network so no use in the UK.like all the other reviews they wanted me to pay the postage on a GPS that doesn't do what it says on their website , do not use this company

Similar experience to everyone else on here.
Ordered an external Hard-drive from them. When it eventually arrived, it didn't work. Initially offered me a partial refund, but I would have to pay the return postage, which I refused. My Credit Card has now refunded the full charge.
Even though they were aware it didn't work, they wanted me to say that I was returning it in a 'Resaleable Condition', so I'm in no doubt they would have just resold it on to someone else.

Purchased a cheap GPS tracker (yes, cheap, I should have known). Arrived swiftly but with unintelligible and poorly translated instructions. Had no idea what I should. Got some help from ZT, but after all my effort, it still won't work.
Asked for a refund as it does not work - they refused saying it is beyond their 15 days return policy. This is of course contrary to consumer law.

This Company should be avoided at all costs. I ordered a car tracker and the instructions that came with it were worse than useless. I sent them email after email for assistance but even with the information they provided the tracker would still not work. I accept it was outside the 15 day return period but surely because it is faulty they should accept my request for a refund. However they are adamant that I can’t return it.

They sell bad items and then will not refund them.
