I 100% recommend the BAT program

I 100% recommend the BAT program, it's incredibly well-structured. At first, I was a bit skeptical about what the results would be like, but I was so pleasantly surprised! My posture has improved so much, my lower back pain is gone, and both my squat and snatch catch position have improved massively. I'm thrilled with the results.

Everyone should try BAT

What an amazing experience with BAT. I started off with concerns with my lifting technique. Never did I realize that BAT would play a huge differentiator in fixing these issues. Been two weeks down, and I can feel that my core balance and movement concerns feel so much better.
Thank you for this program. It's a game changer.

I loved this course

I loved this course. Was originally a little sceptical of the money back offer as that’s not something you often see on Facebook, but the trust pilot reviews were solid, so I gave it a shot.
I found the information and delivery very useful. I didn’t start with any pain and just signed up because I was curious about body alignment.
It was good to have something to work on every day and the exercises were simple and revealing. I’m much more aware of so many aspects of my body after taking the course.
Highly recommend it. There’s literally nothing to lose (I did get my deposit back and there was no pressure to go further, though I did seriously consider it as the feedback from the coaches was excellent and I could tell they really knew what they were talking about.)

I hope leaving this review is enough to convince you to try it if you’re on the fence or unsure. I already recommended it to a couple of friends.

Accessible training for everybody

The training needs discipline but it can be made even by someone who is not in top physical condition. I didn't expect it to be magic due to my age and limitations, and it wasn't, but in the end I learnt more about my body and improved in areas I ignored. As a conclusion, it's worth it.

What I have been needing

My overall experience has been excellent.

The daily introductions are engaging and thought provoking, there is motivation through understanding and not just excitement.

The exercises have sound explanation and are shared in a fashion that carefully builds into foundational movements throughout the programme.

The support team are very active and address questions regularly, with personalised input that is meaningful to progression.

I feel this has been a successful endeavour, which has been backed by the evidence-based format that is utilised, showing changes at key intervals

I plan to continue with what I have learned and look forward to future development

Amazing experience with them.

I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with body balance and alignment issues, as well as those who simply want to feel more comfortable in their body and develop better spatial and body awareness.

This is definitely something worth trying. I will certainly be doing more sessions in the future.

The 28-Day Challenge Was Incredibly…

The 28-Day Challenge Was Incredibly Helpful!

I completed the 28-day challenge and found it very valuable. I discovered several new exercises that I now do daily, especially the last two weeks were stellar. I would say I gained a fresh perspective on my issues, could reduce pain during flare ups, and also received dedicated feedback throughout the program.

Although I was initially skeptical of the "challenge" framework, the program really worked for me—and I even received my money back after successfully finishing the challenge. I would definitely purchase another program or return to BAT in the future.

BAT worked well for my body

BAT worked well for my body, and the back pain reduced. The engagement from coaching team filled up the expectations. Money was paid back after completing the 28-day program. Only drawback is, that the continuing the program in a personal program felt pricy, as it is possible to get face-to-face coaching/physio on same rate locally.

Unique and effective program

The BAT program helped me understand important concepts about working with fascia, muscle imbalances, breathing in a way that stacks ribs and pelvis correctly, the importance of feet positioning and ground pressure and so much more. It is delivered in a structured manner and in doable bits of daily exercises. I have low back compression, bulges, stenosis and sciatica type symptoms but with this program I was able to understand what patterns my body needs to relearn/unlearn to remove the issue from the root. My body posture was visibly improved and more centered and my pain levels reduced.
