This is the worse broadband ever!
This is the worse broadband you can ever get. They tried to charge me connecting fee of over £100 twice. When I confronted zone broadband, I was told they made a mistake. and offered me £10 compensation.
If I did not notice this, I would have paid twice.
In less than 2 months of useless services, the router completely stopped working of a Friday. No one to contact via telephone on weekend. I was told I had to send an email, with what? i ask myself an internet that is not working?. I asked to cancel this contract and am told I have to pay for, a full year UPFRONT FOR A SERVICE THAT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, a useless service. Say away from this company.
They would not let me cancel this contract. They can offer me another useless router in one week. so in the main time I will have no internet.
Very unprofessional. The cheap, useless router will probably stop working in no time. Do not waste your money.

At last reliable internet
At last a reliable internet and telephone company. I switched to zone because I was fed up with the same old internet providers and the rubbish they come out with when the internet is not working the way it should be. The along came zone broadband. Fantastic. Internet is solid with.no disconnection and downtime..just what people want at last.
I would really recommend them to all my friends when they need to change internet providers. Keep up the good work...

Other companies need to take note...
Makes a change seeing a genuine, honest and reliable provider come to the telecoms market.
Like everyone, I was sick to death of all the regular providers and took a chance on Zone, since then I've never looked back.
Keep doing what you're doing guys!
