brilliant company , how have to deal with difficult ones

Changed from BT to zone broadband what a difference, fantastic signal and no drop out, even put us on social tariff . Can highly recommend this company.

Very good customer service. Any issues and the staff go out of their way to get it sorted the same day. Highly recommend.

the customer service is great. when thinking of changing providers but you have concerns or questions to help you make your mind up, the team at zone is second to non they listen and give you answers and you never feel you are wasting their time. you ring them and no choosing silly options you speak directly to a person no time wasted having to listen and choose the wrong option. i give them 20 out of 10

Excellent customer service, the company were swift with their responses, helpful throughout and quick to diagnose the problem and fix the issues that I had with my router.

Absolutely amazing and spot on customer service, always fixed my issues within like 30mins and always fix my speeds now I’ve got some rapid speed which helps my career so thank you guys keep up the great work!

If you have flawless Broadband with impeccable customer service from real people in the UK and have a fixed IP address as standard then you must already be a Zone customer!
Having spent years struggling with the big providers who all spend £m's saying they are the best, 3 years ago I stumbled across Zone. Best stumble I ever made :-) I have since recommended them to countless people, all now share my opinion.

Have used Zone Broadband for the past few years, their service is top notch…reliable and friendly with fast resolution on issues…Other providers could take a leaf out of this company’s book :)

Very good service and customer care. Any issues and they are a quick phone call away and have always sorted straight away.

I’ve been a wholesale customer with zone for about 3 months and the products and services have been outstanding. Any time any help was required they were always there and will to help through to the resolution.

Can't fault them. I live in a rural area that doesn't have full fibre yet. Installed a new line and got rid of cross talk that's been a nuisance for ages.
Now achieving 35Mbps up to the maximum of around 40.
Sky was never getting over 30Mbps and sometimes dropping to below 5.
Can now stream TV properly when there was constant buffering before.

Just an update on my original post about a 1 star rating complaining about the zone broadband customer service.

The actual owner took time out to review my problems and investigated and subsequently I’ve been refunded and this level of customer service right from the top is top quality and I couldn’t be happier

Outstanding customer service from Zone Broadband. We have had substandard fibre from Sky for years and now have good internet speeds at a competitive price.

One of the best providers that you'll find. Quality service, technically flawless and a swift and easy procedure, much better than the likes of Sky which cancelled us and left us with no internet for 2 weeks. There is no down-sides and you get the speed you pay for without any restrictions and no issues, fast, worthwhile and reliable and no hidden costs and so forth. Affordable, reasonable and easily one of the best broadband companies so far that are well endorsed into their business.
