Schedule and management no reliable
I had an appointment with zerorez people in a window from 12noon to 2pm. I was there at 12, but the worker showed up at 5pm, after I called by phone. I got very satisfied with his job, though. Nevertheless I spent 5 hours of my busy day waiting for the job that I would pay for. In the sequence, I called the company and exposed my complain, and a lady told me the manager would call me. It didn't happen up to now, one week later.

Terrible home service and customer service awful.
Called and ordered service to clean and sterilize ducts thru home.
The service person had already cleaned the ducts when he showed us back of floor vent covers, and said not sure what was on them but could be mold suggested to replace all floor vents. asked him for pictures inside the ducts, he said he did not have the probe with him. Called the office four times asking them to come back out and take pictures in ducts, they said manager would call back they never called back.

Booking carpet cleaning for 4 bedrooms and a walk-in closet for around $309. Process was smooth and professional.
When the tech arrived, he inspected and recommended another $ 75 per room special treatment because of 'pet bio'. Another $300 brought the total to ~ $609. Even though we had our own carpet cleaner and always cleaned up after the accidents, we agreed as this was our post-dog clean and we wanted to 'do it right'. (This is a 13-pound Yorkie, btw)
Again, very smooth and professional. Tech was very nice.
However, the results were unsatisfactory.
After $600+ in treat/cleaning, our carpets were wet and frankly, not clean. We put several fans and a dehumidifier on our carpets over the next 36 hours, in addition to cranking down the A/C, and managed to achieve mostly dry carpets, only to discover that many of the stains remained and carpet still smelled.
We called back and asked for a re-treat, explaining that many stains did not come out. The 're-treat' was effectively the new tech spot-cleaning the stains he noted or we pointed out, and not re-cleaning the carpet as a whole. The cleaning chemicals he put down were not extracted, nor were the spots clean, with the carpet just swirled around. The spots he re-treated were again quite wet when he left. He also indicated that re-cleaning the carpet 'really won't do anything' and that it could even 'damage the carpet'.
With severe disappointment, we got out our own home-grade carpet cleaner and used only warm water. Our machine sucked the 'junk' out of the carpets on the spots he supposedly re-cleaned. Amazingly, this was with a $99 Hoover carpet cleaner. We also hit other spots that hadn't been recleaned and got similar results, with lots of foam in both types of areas. So much for 'zero rez'.
You decide if after 2 'professional' cleanings (and I use that word loosely), you'd pay these people to clean your carpets....
I can state that *we.will.not*.

P.S. We are NOT picky people. We understand that set-in stains (like our kids' kool-aid stain from 10 years ago under a couch) are not going to come out. We also clean our carpets 1x a year with a rent-from-the-store cleaner and clean the carpets until the extracted fluid runs mostly clear.
And if Zerorez is reading this, don't claim we can have you out again to make us satisfied. You had your chance x 2 and failed miserably.

Just contacted Zerorez for a quote to clean two standard sized 3 cushion couches, a love seat, a set of stairs, and a small closet. They advertise cleaning of three whole rooms for $139. They quoted me $500!!! and that's before they look at the carpet and assess if it needs deeper cleaning which of course will cost more. What a joke!

The Customer is Always WRONG!
I used Zerorez back in the spring to clean the carpets at my apartment. I have used them before and have been happy with their service. While the cleaning was going on, I stayed in the bedroom with my cat. When I came out and paid the technician, he was all smiles. Later that evening, I found a chunk of drywall on my end table. I investigated and noticed that the drywall had been knocked off the corner of my hallway wall. When I informed Zerorez and sent a photo, they acted concerned and the manager said the technician probably forgot to use a corner guard. He said the technician denied causing the damage and they'd "keep it on file." That was it. No apology, offer of a refund, or discount on future (ha!) services. I was especially concerned as I live in an apartment and didn't want to be financially responsible for the damage later. I won't be using Zerorez again.
I DO NOT Recommended Zero Rez to an "Older…
I recommended Zero Rez to an "Older Friend of mine" in his 70's. It was a special promotion that Zero Rez had advertised for approximately $139.00. Well, the Technicians took advantage of this Older/Senior friend of mine. My friend stated that they NEVER Hooked up the equipment to clean out his Ducts, but instead upsold him on a UV Light that goes into the "DIRTY DUSTS" to purify the air, which how can that be done if the ducts were not cleaned prior to installing this light! I was and still am furious to know that a "Well Advertised Company" would do such a thing to the "Elderly." I was over to my friend house visiting a couple of weeks ago and noticed all the build up of Dust still on all of his furniture and that's when he told me what had happened when Zero Rez came out. Keep in mind that he has a Maid that comes "Once a Month" to help keep his place tidy, but with all the Dust, that I saw, there is NO WAY that the Ducts were EVER CLEANED OUT and the UV Light is NOT WORKING. So Zero Rez, You are a horrible and untrustworthy company that believes in taking advantage of the Elderly and possibly others!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Give you a Zero on False Advertising and for upcharging a Senior Citizen over $1,100+ for inputting a UV type LIGHT that is suppose to purify Dust coming into the Duct System and he stated that it has not worked since he got it! I do not and will not recommend your company to anyone. CONSUMER "RUN, RUN, RUN!"
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
Had zerorez come out and clean two small bedrooms on 5/2/24 and then again on 5/9/24. I had to take off work both days. The smell is still there after two cleanings. I have called 7 times and have yet to have the Customer Relation Manager call me back. Supposedly Michael is the only person that can make any decisions around there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!

Wonderful company! Tech, Brandon, arrived on time and did a great job. He was pleasant and professional. The carpets look great, and he was able to get out some stains that I and another company could not. We will use Zerorez, again!
Very poor carpet company
Very poor carpet company. There technician don't know how to do a good job. All they do show up and run the job as quickly as possible and get the money and out. They don't rack your carpet does not ask customer if they are satisfied. I was moving with the cleaning they did now I have to replace the carpet. Not a trustworthy company.

I have ued zero Rez for YEARS and have never had anything but praises for them However this last time spots that i had cleaned came back withe in a few weeks, which is not the norm for them. I have never had spots come back. ( one was a small coffee spot that should have been a easy spot to clean with a enzyme cleaner like they have done before.) We left to be gone on vacation and i just assumed when we got back i could take care of it.... My service was done on April 5, I called on May 14. 9 Days post the date of their 30 day policy. and explained we have been gone and would not have been here for them to redo it. The manager reviewed and said NO i would have to pay the full amount. it was 9 days over due. Zero Rez use to have great customer service. I have used them for over 10-12 years. I will now be using their competition. This was poor customer service and poor management decision, especially for a faithful customer.
They advertise pet stain and odor removal...
A very nice gentleman named Nick came out to clean. We had some pet and coffee stains to be removed. I was upfront about the cause of the stains and he used a black light to be sure he knew what the urine stains were. At completion of the project, no stain was seen and the rooms smelled great. I went to a meeting and when I came back, the stains were seen again, but not as significant. The next morning they were just as before the cleaning and the room smelled worse than it did before. I called the company because they have a 30 day guarantee. They refused to honor it. They wanted to do a deeper clean on the spots and charge $10/softball size area. This would be another $300. No thank you. I will call someone who will do it correctly the first time.
Zero-Integrity
A worker from the company ZeroRez came out to our brand new, unfurnished house to clean the carpets and seal the tile floors and showers prior to us moving in. The carpets were cleaned, and so was the tile, however I only asked for the carpets to be cleaned. I asked for the tile to only be sealed, and not cleaned since the house was brand new and the builder had just had a company come out to steam clean the tiles as well as I had woken up early to clean them in preparation for ZeroRez to seal them that day. I had specified this request through their website during my initial inquiry, though text message with one of their team members, as well as with the worker who arrived for the job that day. After we eventually moved into our new build we realized that the tile floors and showers were never sealed and so we requested ZeroRez come out again to do the job we asked for. We set up the appointment for them to come back out but they never showed up and when we called them to see where they were they said the appointment had been canceled and the scheduler didn’t know why. This was very frustrating since my husband had taken the day off work for the appointment so that he could move all of our furniture out of the way since I was 30+weeks pregnant and at this point all of our furniture had been moved in but it was still important for us to have all of the floors sealed like we had originally wanted and not just have it done around the furniture. At this point with them dropping the ball on the original job as well as canceling the make-up appointment without letting us know, I requested a refund so we could hire a different company to come get the job done before our baby was born. When I requested the refund however they stopped responding to me and I have not heard from them ever since other than them saying they will pass my emails onto their manager who has never responded to any of my attempts over the last 5 months.
I filed a dispute with my bank for a refund for the cleaning of the tile that we never requested along with the sealing of the showers which I was also billed for but was never done (confirmed by a third party company we hired to come out and test if the tile was sealed as suggested by the bank’s dispute representative), but unfortunately my bank sided with ZeroRez for the fact that the invoice says ‘clean tile’ and they did do that, however I never asked for this to be done in fact I specifically requested it NOT be done 3 different times prior to the job. I have now opened a new dispute with my bank to try and at least get back the money for the portion on the invoice fr which I was also billed which was never performed (sealing the shower tile). So we will see what happens.
Cleaning the tile in our brand-new build when I asked them to seal it is the equivalent of bringing a brand-new car in to have preventative work done on it like getting it waxed to prevent damage and instead they detail it and charge me for both the waxing which they never did and the detailing of it which was never asked for. I shouldn’t have to pay for something I didn’t request to have done, or something that was requested which they never did.
My husband and I both tried everything we could to settle this with the merchant without involving the bank but unfortunately they refuse to take any ownership or even respond to us. I am of my word and I told them I would be leaving reviews on all platforms if they chose not to respond to me so here I am trying to warn others so they don’t get conned the way we have.
Because the grout on our tile was never sealed, the floor tile grout is stained throughout the house, and the shower tile grout is chipping away. Everything we hoped to avoid has now come to fruition. Not only are we out the money we paid for something we never requested and money we paid for a job that was never performed, money we paid for a third party company to come out to confirm the tile was not sealed, but we will also have to pay for repair work just to bring our house back to its original state before paying to have it sealed by a reputable company.
I cannot believe that I am still dealing with this nightmare after they came out 8 months ago. Save yourself time, money, and a huge headache by hiring a reputable company. ZeroRez should be called Zero-Integrity for how they treat their customers. I would not recommend ZeroRez to my worst enemy.

Zero stars for Zerorez
Zero stars for Zerorez. First , we have used them before with great results. That makes this time even more frustrating and disappointing. I knew what I wanted. I requested it. It didn’t happen. I requested it again, it didn’t happen and now my carpets are not cleaned and I’m out $185. I’m not sure what had happened to them but the service they provided me was no better than what could have be achieved with an at home cleaner. The service they provided years ago was worth the money. The tech claimed there was some confusion but it definitely wasn’t on my end. I asked specifically three times and each time they did not want to take the time to do it right. The company then offered to come back out and do what I had requested initially (and the other two times) at a fee. I had already paid the fee so I’m confused by the offer to make what I’d already paid for right for another fee…basically a waste of money. Don’t use.
