Reciently had my carpet cleaned and my technition did a terrible & hurried job. Did 3 rooms and she was to call me when the job was done but I didn't hear from her so after 2 hours i came home and she was gone leaving my home and garage door left open & my neighbor said she left in less than an hour. Very poor job with no spots or dark areas remover. Will not refer to anyone. Still haven't heard back from management as of yet. I asked for a full refund & to date nothing yet. Beware & don't us zerorez for you will be sorry.

Anthony was prompt and answered all my questions. I feel that he was very good at his job and did a good job

Booking the appointment was easy. The service representative communicated clearly and fast on arrival time. The service was thorough. The pricing was fair. Will use them in the future.

Alton was my technician today and he did a phenomenal job. Very satisfied. He was personable, professional, and very detail savvy. Great job sir I’ll highly recommend your services.

Don't expect much. About a 30 minute quickie. I'm looking for someone to finish the job.
UPDATE: ZeroClean, It doesn't spell the same backward or forward, but it's true. I'm sure they don't know what a carpet scrubber is.
I don't know what you would call their service, but I don't believe they clean anything.
If you believe sodium hydroxide and dirty water cleans without residue, this may be what you are looking for.

My recommendation for anyone looking to have carpets cleaned is have someone come to your house and give you an estimate or a quote first. Especially if you have some old or tough stains in your carpet. When I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, I assumed it would be a deep cleaning, however, once the technician arrived, I was informed that for a couple of stubborn stains in order for them to do a deep cleaning it was going to be an additional $60 per small area. I was not informed of this when I spoke to the representative to schedule the appointment. The technician was friendly and professional, and while the carpet that I had serviced did have some tough stains, the result was not any better than I could’ve done with my own shampooer.

My new white sofa was soiled during a move. There were many areas of ground in dirt. Will worked until the stains were nearly invisible. I was concerned the white would become discolored/dingy. It looks great.

Amazing product and even better service! Ben was timely, respectful and an expert. He took his time to make sure he explained everything thoroughly and continued to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Prices are very reasonable and our carpet looks brand new!
