Alexander Lipscomb made my day today! He was punctual, professional, polite, and meticulous! He started off by explaining the process of how the odor topical treatment was applied and showed me the spots on my carpet, ewe! Next, he went to work cleaning very thoroughly and had me checking his progress. Alexander did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and making it look and smell new! Thank you I will ask for you again, you are an asset to Zerorez!

So amazed at the quality, professionalism and results! Victor did an amazing job on our carpets! I bought our house 18 years ago and I cleaned carpets myself once before I moved in. They haven't been cleaned since until today. They look better now than they did then!! Living room, 3 bedrooms and hallway all done in under 2 hour. Great value, too! Thank you again. Very disappointed with cleaning. The idea was to cleanup and remove stains. That didn’t happen. Even worse, when I contacted them they didn’t even call or message me back.

Beware of Zerorez Atlanta – Classic Bait and Switch!
I feel completely deceived by Zerorez Atlanta. I booked upholstery cleaning after being promised over the phone that their system would remove pet stains/odors and even make my furniture last longer. I agreed to a quote of $310.
When the crew arrived, I was hit with a surprise: apparently, I had only signed up for a “Tier I” cleaning (something NEVER mentioned before). To actually remove the pet odors I specifically asked about, they wanted another $65. Then they had the nerve to push a $75-per-sofa “stain guard” on top of that.
This is nothing short of a bait-and-switch scheme. They lure you in with bold claims, then pressure you into expensive “upgrades” the moment they’re inside your home.
The technicians themselves were kind and professional, but the business practices are manipulative and dishonest. I was left with drying furniture, a lighter wallet, and a sick feeling that I had been scammed.
Save yourself the frustration. Get everything in writing if you dare use them—or better yet, take your business elsewhere.

Came to our home and then proceeded to try and upsell us. After an upsell refusal, we were then charged for (oversized) rooms.
We will never be using again.

This is the worst company to get your carpet cleaned. They dis not clean my living room carpet. The carpet looked the same as it was before i paid zerorez. It was just wet and not cleaned. For the price this company charges, the service dis not match. Then when i contacted them with my concern, i have yet to get a resolution. I contacted consumer affairs.

Have used them since 2020. Had good service on carpet cleaning in the past. Would highly not recommend them for tile cleaning. Tech left spots, I cleaned areas and told me areas he cleaned and didn't, basically lied. I called and asked for the Tampa manager to contact me and it's almost a week and no call. I guess they want not to deal with problems, very disappointed in their follow up. And the area the tech didn't do I paid for but received no price adjustment. Hmmm??

We had Zerorez clean our carpets at our home and Alex did a wonderful job both cleaning the carpets and promoting his company. So much so that I asked for a quote for cleaning the hvac ducts at a rental unit. The quote was $400.00. We set up an appointment and were told that they would call 20 minutes before arrival, they didn't. Upon arrival the crew leader informed me that the coils in the inside unit needing cleaning also, $800, and it also REQUIRED a uv light source, $265.00. When I told him that I was unwilling to spend $1,400+ on a 10 year-old unit and would rather replace the unit, he then went to my rental tenant and told them what he felt needed to be done IMMEDIATELY by his company in order for them to be safe. Now my tenant refuses to pay rent and has informed me that they will move as well as not paying the rent. It does not appear to make any difference that I am willing to repair or replace the unit.
I believe the term is bait and switch, which I refuse to do. I had rather pay 2x to have the job done right than succumb to blackmail. I unfortunately did not get the crew member's name.
I called their Raleigh office and asked to speak to the head person. The receptionist(?) asked what I needed and I explained the situation. She said that I was right and needed to speak with the Boss to please hold. I held until the line went dead and then hung up. That was 4 1/2 hours ago and I haven't heard anything back. The receptionist had my phone number and work order, so I guess the boss didn't want to speak to me.
5 stars for carpet cleaning, 0 stars for duct cleaning and customer service.

Hired Zerorez to clean about 2500 sq ft of carpet and rugs. The tech (evidently a Senior tech) pulled far into my driveway and almost in my garage. I told him he was too close to the house. He said, that is how it's done. About 1 hour into about a 2.5-hour job, he managed to pull all the carbon monoxide from his machine and vehicle into my house, setting off all my CO alarms and the house CO alarm. The fire department was dispatched automatically. Multiple firemen had to stay almost an hour until the alarms cleared, which took almost 40 minutes. The tech said to me, "it happens". Wow. Had I not had CO monitors or a house alarm with CO monitors, he would have poisoned my entire house with CO. I will never use Zerorez again, nor recommend.

They did our area rugs last year for $225 and we were happy. We had them out today to do the exact same service and they quoted us $700! We asked for an explanation and he said area rugs just cost more. After he verified our ticket from last year, he said “that technician did you a solid”. We told him “no sale” and told him to leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

Without a doubt, the worst carpet cleaner I've ever used. (Unfortunately, I relied on a personal recommendation in this case instead of online research -- lesson learned.) We were told different things about their capabilities depending on who we spoke with today, with the manager assuring us they would be able to remove water-based paint drips, no problem, while the tech began negating that idea upon arrival. But hey, forget the paint...they weren't even able to remove dirt from the barely used rooms, never mind the high-traffic areas. Absolutely comical results from an untrustworthy company. Avoid ZeroRez Atlanta at all costs.

I am reviewing ZeroRez in St. Louis Park, MN.

I booked an appointment online to have my sofa cleaned. The scheduler I spoke with was nice and guided me through identifying the type of fabric on my sofa. We ultimately decided to proceed with the cleaning, but I think it’s important to mention that it would have been frustrating if I had booked the appointment online and then found out they couldn’t clean it due to the fabric type.

During the phone call, I was informed that the cost for cleaning my sofa, which was roughly $150 when I booked online, had been increased to $190. I was puzzled as to why the price changed after I had clearly stated that I wanted to clean a sofa when booking. This upcharge was frustrating, but the scheduler offered me a coupon that brought the price down to $170, which I reluctantly agreed to.

However, after hanging up, I called back to cancel the appointment due to the upcharge.

I understand that an online quote is just an estimate, but during our live conversation, the scheduler said, "I have to upcharge you because this is a sofa." I know it's a sofa, which is why I selected the box for "sofa."

Feel like this is a total scam!

What and awesome service and they stand behind thier work 100%. last week they were out to my house and there were some minor issues and spots, after a phone call they were right on it and came back out and did the whole 2nd floor again and this time Mr. Kevin, even did the bathroom throw rug. thank you Zerores and Mr. Kevin.

Great service, professional techician. Carpets look great and is not sopping wet.
Used the same technician "Steve" for years.. Heard he left the company- definitely will be missed, absolutely a great guy. New techinician assigned which was "Noah" - he had big shoes to fill and he nailed it! Thanks Noah for doing a great job!

Tech came out 4 PM to clean 4 bedrooms. He used too much water and absolutely soaked the carpet..said it was all fine and it would try soon. There was so much water it almost ran down the hallway. After 6 pm when we thought we better call for help with this NOBODY, was available. No emergency type contact in place. Next morning new tech comes, carpet still wet, not as bad as the night before. Likely the pad and subfloor absorbed it. He says, no big deal. Called the office, no manage is available…they are too busy..incredible.

Our carpets are significantly cleaner. The technician left something to be desired. He told me that we could go on the carpets "in a couple of hours" when 12 hours would have been reality. He also failed to clean spots left on our wood floor from the cleaning solution.

The carpets were not very clean, which should have been easy as it was a move out clean. They said they would let me know the extra cost for the hallway but ended up doing the work, then informing me after that it was an extra $200. Their system does not calculate accurately, so I would make sure to have them come measure before starting any work. They took zero responsibility for their confusing communication and lack of transparency regarding price. I hoped the carpets would look better, but most traffic areas weren't clean. Stick to the tried-and-true carpet cleaning process. This was not worth the price, and the customer service was terrible. It was my first time trying it and the last time as well.

I had my are rugs cleaned because I was moving. They never smelled bad, but after they were cleaned they smell like wet dog. I do not have pets so this order came from their facility. I would never used them or recommend them for your fine area rugs. I will have to get rid of mine as the order is so bad.

I am very happy with the service they come on time and they did really nice job. My carpet is so clean now.thank you so much.

Chris called at 12:06pm with an arrival time of 15 to 20 minutes but never showed up or call to cancel. I call and texted his number and never received a response. I called the office number twice the first lady sent me to his phone and he didn’t answer so I called the office back and Cindy said Chris was the manager and would find out what was going on and call back. No one ever called or showed up. I’m over 60 years old and moved had moved furniture in preparation for the cleaning in the areas previous agreed to clean. Very disappointed in this company.
