SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE

I paid for a full year of service thinking that it is a legit business. However , most of streams had issues and were slow now Sony LIV HAS STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. I am being asked to pay £36 more for subscription by Sony liv which I already paid as part of the yearly subscription.
THERE IS NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE AS PHONES AND WEBCHAT IS DISABLED . It seems that the company has just taken the money and now are disappearing.
I will be raising a credit card dispute under distance selling regulations for fraud if I don’t receive any communication or refund for a service which doesn’t work

Absolute scam. After they called my husband many times and flooded my inbox with emails, I emailed them to stop harassing us. Immediately I see a charge for $219 on my account. I am sick of being harassed by this company who is now stealing from me. These people are scammers. Never use this service.
Update: they never contacted me and have not refunded the money they stole. BEWARE

Stay away iam not going to renew and will try to cancel .
From past few days it’s not working when I tried to call them they are not answering calls
Manage to chat some one online but no real help.
The chat adviser confirmed that they have disabled the phone. I have taken the screen shot of chat as well .
If they can’t provide their service they most issue full refund.
Avoid pay bit extra and get better service from other providers.

ETV stopped working for more than 20 days and multiple emails were sent ,no response . Worst customer service . There is no ETA but we paid for one year

This is ridiculous service . I
Provided the details needed , but silence . We paid off year and they won’t even tell what is the issue , leave alone refunding

ETV has been down for 2 weeks now and there is no message or fix from YuppTV, absolutely poor response and care

One of the worst customer care service. They have not provided us the service from past 20days on etv .it always shows "we are preparing your steam. Please try later" from 20 days these disgusting yupptv customer care people did not resolve our issue. But they make us pay for whole year. Very cheep.

I would give zero starts if possible. They are not interested in keeping customers aware of the situation with Etv. Etv is also scamming us by not sharing the stream correctly. They are shifty companies that need to be subject to a class action lawsuit for taking our money, not giving us the service, no communications, just junk replies. They are fast with taking our money but don't seem to understand how to then treat customers.

Really impressed with Mohammad Aseef in customer services who managed to get my apps workings on our 2 tv's as my firestick had to be reset and but the app was trying to charge me again. So , will done to Mohammad.

ETV is not working from 10 days and they don't answer calls. I think I paid for Yupptv primarily for ETV. Some other channels which never worked, but they said they should work. I never bothered as I was more into ETV. 10 days ago ETV stopped working and there is no way to reach them. Will never subscribe to this company.

Subscribed for ETV not getting any 2 weeks every time same response we are aware and working no ETA. I asked to switch to some other Telugu channel now they want to sell another package. Very rude CS... none of the phone numbers are working except the whatapp txt.

The ETV & ETV Cinema are off since more than 10days. I had a chat and seems there is no ETA to fix the issue. It's become a banana company scamming customers. If we chat we get only one reply we are aware of ETV issue escalated to relevant team. Who da &^%£ is that team?? We don't have ETA. After 10days nothing fixed. I paid money for the service. These scammers doesn't realise they are operating in EU. Tomorrow morning 1st call going to government communication regulators COMREG & OFCOM. It's time to bring these fraudsters to justice.

YuppTV is useless. ETV channels do not come. No one responds to customer service phone number. The only reason we subscribed for YupoTV because of ETV. I want my money back. No one responds. It is very frustrating.

Subscription of YuppTV is useless for Telugu channels. Only ETV they supported earlier now they stopped that also . Better get individual OTT with less price

Have had their service for so many years. Recently (for the past couple of years) their service is going down the drain. They kept removing channels, they don't have dedicated customer service phone number, nobody responds to tickets quickly and so on.
My mom watches ETV serials religiously and for the past 11 days or so, ETV is not coming. Complained and complained but no update or good response when this is going to be resolved.
I am very sad to see YuppTV dying slowly like this

I am Yupp TV customer for over 12 years . I am totally annoyed and extremely frustrated with current YuppTV support. They removed all channels except ETV. Now even that does not come up in our TVs now. I wanted to cancel this service and I can’t do it. They no longer have phone support. WhatsApp.chat is horrible and no one responds on it. My mom uses this for ETV and it is not coming for 10 days . I reported my issues 10 days ago and no one responded till date . This is not expected treatment

I have tried to contact Yupptv many times my issue is still not resolved, they have taken my subscriptions but many channels not working, Sun Nxt i paid extra, still it is not working, they said they will contact me till now it is a waste of money for me, it is not working, Also Zee tamil, they said it will work, but till now it is not resolved. There service has come down to ZERO, customer service is horrible, they dont care. It is such a waste, i will not be renewing, hoping to find better way to get the indian channels.
They should really improve on their customer service.
